What surprised me the most is the consistency of all the things I tried. The ice cream is smooth and creamy with no crystals. For me the taste brought out many fond memories of summer. Most surprising was Yogurt Ice Cream - prepared from a locally sourced farm. Quite amazing and a must visit on hot days or days when you just want to round out your meal with a scoop of freshly made ice cream from unique ingredients.
