I inquired to the clerk about the Marie Antoinette blue macaron which looked interesting. She advised that the flavor although blue, was Chinese Black Tea. I purchased two of them at 2.90€ and it was well worth the price. The first bite produced a slight crunch then a light creamy center. They offer different classy looking gift boxes for multiple macarons to take with you on your flight. These macarons are a craze here in Paris and seem larger in size than the ones in the USA.
