While we weren't exactly in Portugal, I couldn't resist stepping into this small yet busy bake shop while walking through the central downtown area of Malaga. Hard to say no to a good Portuguese tart (Pastel De Nata) especially when the fresh smells waft onto the street.
From what I could tell, the tarts were constantly being baked fresh and they had no trouble selling as quickly as they replenished the display. The tarts themselves had a delicious flaky texture and the filling was light yet creamy: perfect for a sweet walking snack while exploring the area. read more
