He asked if I had any other little jobs he could help with so I thought of my patio stairs. The foundation under my patio stairs was falling away with time so Joe put new foundation under the patio blocks and made them even across. They look like new now. 4/13/23 I requested a quote for a new bay window and some stone work on our exterior. I was told…read morethat someone would be coming out at around 9:30 am- on a day we agreed upon. An hour past the appointment time, I contacted Campos and was told that the estimator would arrive "soon". The guy did finally show up and was pleasant. We got a quote of nearly 12,000 dollars and we have already spent 3,000 on the window itself. The quote was odd- just a bulk number- no break down of costs so really- we had no idea what we would have been paying for. Plus we were directed to choose stone from 2 sites- neither of which had pricing. Things that make you go "Hmmmmm. .." I requested a breakdown and was told I would get it- but I still have not. At this point I'm not interested. Added to our quote was a little "extra" regarding plywood- if plywood was needed- they would charge us 250.00 per sheet when we know the retail is only around 55$. I understand that the company needs to make money but that is quite a mark up at several hundred percent. As my husband put it- he was skeptical of the entire quote based on that alone. I'm sorry that we cannot do business. I don't doubt the work based on other reviews but I can't seem to get past even the first hurdle.

Not only did they show up exactly on time, they were immaculate in their work and performed a repair on a marble countertop that was beyond my expectations. If Pat ever decided to expand her services beyond marble restoration she would be my sole go-to contractor. Pat e-mailed me 3 days before the men, Chris and Dave, came out to do the work restoring 2 marble bathroom floors that had been sprayed with a cleaner and damaged. Chris and Dave protected all the floors outside the bathroom and all the walls, glass, and vanities inside the bathrooms. They are extremely neat, professional, and courteous. They did an excellent job wet sanding (makes no mess), regrouting some areas, and resealing our stone floors. They worked with me on what sheen to apply on one bathroom floor and we chose a lighter shine. I highly recommend them.
