This restaurant will not disappoint. I got the Blacksmith's Special (the chef"s special of the day) which started with a very creative pairing of a gumbo salad atop a mackeral tartare. The second course was a classic oxtail broth, which is perfect in it's deep, rich flavor coupled with the crisp bitterness of the scallions and soft earthiness of the Anoki mushrooms. The 3rd course was a pairing of a white fish with a seared tuna over sauteed fresh spinach - amazing! The meat course was another duet, this time of venison and wild boar both wrapped in bacon.
