Although the restaurant was not fully booked the waiting staff had great difficulty with keeping focussed on their task. Although the first drinks were brought promptly it took 3 times before I received the requested carton to level our table out properly. When we ordered it took 20 minutes before the bread was served and after 1,5 hour we only consumed the starter and the main course was just being served (that's too long!). When most tables had left, one of the girls set down at the bar and the tempo was completely gone. The check went within reasonable time limits though :-). Complete shame because the basics are good.
