We also have Cardinal do our lawn treatments (including fertilizer, weed prevention, weed elimination, and aeration) throughout the year, and we get frequent compliments on our yard. We have also had them trim our large trees as needed. Tony Moore, owner and certified arborist, saved our very large 40 year old oak tree a couple years ago by defining and implementing a treatment and trimming plan for it. Second, the subcontractor just walked into our fenced and gated backyard without scheduling with us first - this is trespassing. Third, the subcontractor broke several flagstones on the path to our backyard, and Lefke is neither taking responsibility for this or putting us in contact with the subcontractor to remedy this. They were dismissive over the phone and hid behind their "contract" which says nothing about subcontractors at all. Lastly, they continue to send us a bill without addressing the issues mentioned, or even responding to multiple messages both my wife and I have left. I would advise anyone and everyone to steer clear of this company - they don't care about you or doing the job properly, just hounding you for money for an unsatisfactory job.
