This company goes above and beyond!! I had forgotten to put my trash out(not just once but twice) and I called them and they came back same day. The lady was very friendly and explained what I needed to do if I had more trash than what I could fit in my can. I highly recommend this company! read more

I can't imagine how a business can operate without taking/returning phone calls from current or potential new customers. I've been trying for two weeks to get a hold of this "business" only to receive voice mail and never a return call. I even had someone else call with a different phone number and still no answers. I guess when you have enough current customers and your making $$ you could care less about calling people back. Maybe I'll try leaving notes for the guys actually doing the work. read more

My garbage hauler (De Kruif) is refusing to service me for some unknown reason (maybe because of all my Trump signs). It's the only reason I can come up with for them not picking up the last 2 rounds of recycling and also leaving 1/2 of my regular trash by the curb this week. They don't answer their phone and they don't return any of the messages so we can figure out what's going on. Have called them a dozen times over the last week and they don't call back. We tried the city office and emailing a councilman but so far they are no help either. Extremely unprofessional behavior. read more

They had to order parts in. Tom came out and said no, those parts do not need replaced, let me show you what is wrong. He took the front off the dryer, showed me where there is another lint wheel. It was packed with lint. Not sure why the regular lint trap that we clean after every load doesn't get it all. He cleaned it, put it back together and it has been working great ever since. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend these guys!!! Tell them Sue sent you!! Thank you Tom!!

This company was hired by the owner of the apartment I lived in to exterminate bedbugs. I'm aware…read morethat bedbugs are notoriously hard to kill, but the chemicals these guys used didn't even phase the visible bedbugs that had made contact with the chemicals. They assured me that the chemicals were safe for animals, my cat developed bleeding sores on her paws in the following weeks after treatment. Upon a second visit (4 months later), they used the same chemicals. I had been in contact with the Environmental Protection Agency to find out which chemicals are more effective in killing bedbugs, and I was informed by them that NO LICENSED CHEMICAL ALONE WILL KILL BEDBUGS. P & K informed me this was untrue, even though the very company that licenses their chemicals said it was true. After asking P & K how they can say their chemicals have some magic power, they informed me that my thinking it won't work means it won't work (Apparently bedbugs have some magic pessimism detection that keeps them alive?). I asked P & K to provide me with the name and information regarding what they were spraying in my apartment which they refused to do. The bedbugs remained and I moved. My new apartment owner hired P & K to help control earwigs and spiders. P & K sprayed, it had no effect what-so-ever on the spiders or earwigs. I purchased a bottom of the line spray at walmart, and have not seen a living earwig since, and have seen very few spiders.
