Oude Sluis is a beer pub. In former times they served a special German beer called Hannen Alt, which is brewed in Düsseldorf. Nowadays they have typical dutch stuff like Amstel at the tap. As we were there (4 sailing friends), a big-boobed girl was behind the counter. Serving beer in high speed. In front of the counter we found people of every age and nationality. A magician walked around and made strange tricks to the customers. We left at 3 in the mornig. This pub is definitely crazy, but we had a lot of fun there. Step in, if you stay at Lemmer.

So make sure you have your translator on your phone! We needed it to read the menu. Our food was good. For some reason took longer then everyone else, but we were in no hurry. I'm sure a great place in the summer with a great view of the water. There were a number of locals there, so guessing pretty popular. They did accept credit cards, however, the machine was broke the day we were there so we had to pay in Euros. Oh, and dogs are allowed, so be prepared for that.
