No clear indication of their definition of cancellation policy on website or in reservation confirmation. I understand you lose if you book a non-cancellable room at lower rate. Hotel not responding. While this may follow Netherlands hospitality industry guidelines for cancellations of weddings, parties, catered events this is a highly unusual practice and one could say unethical and predatory practice for hotels offering accommodation to business travelers. I recommend all business travelers to avoid this small chain of hotels and restaurants. Their competition nearby offers cancellations of fully flexible rate bookings up to day of arrival.
