I bought a Tudor Pelagos still under warranty from a grey dealer here in Tucson last fall, I looked…read moredown about a month ago and realized I lost the pip in the center of the bezel. As it was under warranty, and a Google search said it was a common problem that would likely be covered by Tudor under the warranty I had hope that it would be taken care of. After four weeks of waiting I was told that it would cost $489 for a new bezel and $80 for freight. I've come to the following conclusions: - If you can at all help it I highly discourage anyone from doing business with Ben Bridge Jewelry in Tucson, AZ.
