Unprofessional, Incompetent, and possibly negligent…read more We noticed a leak in our tire so we went to see if we could get it repaired. The tire was repaired and "confirmed" fixed. We left only to find our tire wasn't repaired. This is incredibly dangerous and could've caused serious injury. I called and they said to bring it back the next morning so it had to sit flat all night. The next morning we filled our tire with air and traveled 35 miles back to the dealership to re-repair the tire. Now, there was a different tear that could not be repaired. I had two different employees tell me they could not say whether the damage was new (from driving on a confirmed repair but actually not repaired tire) or not. I also believe the damage was from driving on it flat and it sitting. After offering to sell me new tires I asked to speak the manager. As I started to explain to the manager (Jim Krause) what my problem was he quickly cut me off, "Yeah I know all that. What do you want out of this?" As I tried to explain that I needed a new tire BECAUSE of them, he dismissed it outright and said you're gonna need to buy new tires. He was condescending and rude. If you can't trust a "confirmed" repair then what is the point? They do not stand behind their technicians work and caused more damage to my tire. Thank goodness we didn't have an accident.... Stay Away!

The Seller didn't know Anything about the History of this vehicle, yet told us that it was Guaranteed from the Auction and that it was Like NEW AND 100% had No issues at all. I found out that this vehicle did have Two separate accidents and the Transmission started failing the same day that we purchased vehicle. The Dealers is about 2.5 hours away from my home, so I started noticing a jerking when the car what shifting gears. I alerted the Seller the next day and he made some story up that Ford Motor Company will be sending out Notices for transmission replacement, by Labor Day 2019. I contacted Ford on many occasions and they stated that it was Not true and that this vehicle V.I.N. has no such coverage. The Seller falsified information on the Legal Title disclosure. disclosure, as I have proof from Ford dealership that the damamge from the accident resulted in more than 50% of the vehicles total value. The Seller is simply Negligent for selling a vehicle, under a State Auto Dealer License, that they knew Nothing about. The seller "Preyed" on myself by messaging multiple false statements about the condition of the car, which they had know known proof to confirm with. The seller continued to REASSURE me that I have nothing to worry about, if I purchase his vehicle. The Seller omitted many material facts of the vehicle that gave myself reason to Trust the seller.

But since 2014, myself and my family have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership. Two Sonics and one Buick. This dealership is not close to where we live, and it's sad because they would make a killing in Omaha, by the way they are so upright, the prices are right in front of you, and there is nothing hidden. So that person who posted the prices are wrong, are simply wrong. Their website is out there, open and that is how we bought each of our vehicles. Now, my guess is maybe locals who don't get it need to know this. In the scheme of dealerships being ripoffs on fixing things...ha! This dealership is one of the fairest for mechanic fix it's by a dealership that you can get.
