The store is very organized and they do have a nice selection of women's clothes. I was actually there to look for some dodgers attire...the regular priced dodgers items are so expensive, i decided to see what Marshalls had to offer - I was looking for gifts for my male cousins - they had great LA caps and hoodies (47 brand). I think the caps were $15 and hoodie was $25...wow! The dressing rooms was immaculate. Their beauty supply section was Huge but their shoe selection was tiny. As I was leaving, the manager or whoever was standing at the register close to the front door yelled out good bye and have a nice day. I don't remember other locations having such friendly staff. I do recommend this location if you are in the area.

I don't know what type of management is here but every one here seems so much to be on an offensive side. Inappropriate comments, yelling at customers in line and on the in store announcements whoever speaks sounds so unpleasant. The Thing wrong about this place I've noticed is its approach to handling customers. The appropriate way to handle security, The check out experience needs a ton of help.

I got a lot of compliments on that top. The store is always so clean and neat. You will not find clothes lying around everywhere in this store. Everything is hung back up if it's out of place. While shopping, I noticed a deal on the back wall showing denim pants for $16.99. Over 10 pairs of flare pants were stacked under the sign in the bootcut section, an error caused by the store's staff. Despite this, the manager, Vanessa, rudely refused to honor the price and dismissed my concerns as if it were my fault. This wasn't about the $3 difference--it was about her unprofessional attitude and lack of accountability. Poor service like this reflects badly on the brand. I wont be giving anymore money and i will definitely let other people know.
