We had my son going to this school for less than a month and after 2 weeks we realized that this is…read morenot a school that u could trust the people to care for ur children! Every single morning when dropping him off I had to find out who is going to be his teacher and which room he has to go to The same applied for when we would pick him up in the afternoons, there was never any consistency of which room to get him from. They would often times consolidate rooms for kids who were around the same age so it was always hard to find his belongings, like jackets and blankets. One time he managed to slip away from the workers while they were outside. He could open their interior gates. He was all the way by the main gate when I got there without anyone noticing at all until I said something. My husband also saw one of the workers grabbing another child roughly by the arm and yanking her around. None of it sat well with us. They would give my son school snacks and food while I already told them that he has allergy and he has his own food in his lunchbox! Mackenzie the principal is always hard to find and talk to but she would call you directly regarding payment and application! She basically will deny any of the issues that I brought up to her. Also there is no structure or learning materials, they just let the kids play and they watch them when they are sitting on their chairs. Their teachers are not required to have any education or qualifications as I look them up on Indeed!

The facility has safest measures in place to make sure they stay in the building and there is locked doors in front from unwanted intruders. There is a check in and out system that updates you throughout the day which keeps your mind at ease. Outside is a shaded play area where they can run around and play on slides and ride little bikes. I love knowing that while I'm working my little one is kept safe and well cared for.

I feel like I should have written then a couple years ago but recent events have lead me to post…read morethis. Approximately 2 years ago they had a toilet overflow with fecal matter in it I went to pick up my daughter and there were children walking through it while staff was trying to get it cleaned up. I spoke with Christina, the Director of the Center, she assured me that they would have someone come clean it up. Next day, the Director hadn't been to the Center, checked on the status of the cleanup, nor shown up for the event because she was "busy and lived far away." FINALLY 3 day days later they called in a Disaster Restoration Center to clean up the mess. This was the final breaking point of me moving my child. The Director would show families around and put on a great face but was rarely in the Center. I would drop my daughter off at odd hours and stop by and she was RARELY there. The did a facelift on the business and it looks pretty but that doesn't make up for the horrible management of the staff and center.

My two-year-old nephew was attacked while sleeping at this daycare. No child should ever be put in…read morea situation where they are harmed while under the care and supervision of people who are supposed to protect them. When they picked him up NO ONE knew what had happened to him. Complete NEGLECT!!! What makes this even more disturbing is the extremely concerning teacher-to-child ratio. There are reportedly around 15 children to just one teacher. That is not supervision -- that is a recipe for neglect and unsafe conditions. Children this young require constant attention, monitoring, and protection, especially during nap time when they are most vulnerable. The fact that something like this could happen raises serious questions about the level of oversight, staffing, and safety procedures at this facility. Parents trust daycares with their most precious thing in the world -- their children. When that trust is broken in such a traumatic way, it cannot be ignored. I strongly urge other parents to ask very hard questions before enrolling their children here, and I sincerely hope that the appropriate licensing authorities investigate this facility immediately. No family should have to go through something like this. Children deserve safety, not neglect.

Serious concerns about safety, professionalism, and respect…read more One of the owners (Lyndsay) of this daycare repeatedly parks in the handicap parking spot without a valid placard or plate, even after I spoke directly to the other owner Holly about it and Lyndsay in their messaging system. Law enforcement has been called multiple times and tells her to move her truck, yet she continues to do it. My child even told me that Lyndsay asked him what his mom thinks about her truck parking there, which is completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Communication with this daycare is also extremely poor. I called and messaged multiple times through their app before school started to confirm their pickup procedures, and no one responded until after the first day of school. The voicemail I finally received gave no real information, and when I called back, no one answered. To make matters worse, they didn't pick up my son on his first day of school. I only found out an hour later when the school messaged me to say they had to contact the daycare to come back and get him. The response from the garden of learning was, "Well, at the worst case scenario, you know if we don't pick them up, the school will always call us to go back." That is not an acceptable attitude when you're responsible for children's safety. These situations put us in a very uncomfortable position because I no longer felt safe or comfortable leaving my child in their care. Once I found other accommodations, I decided to pull him out of the daycare entirely. Between the lack of communication, disregard for accessibility laws, and dismissive attitude toward serious issues, I will never send another one of my children here and would strongly caution other parents to think twice.
