For us they've completed proposals (yes, we didn't learn first time), and then changed the work order, feigning a misunderstanding, and demanded more money to complete the work. Furthermore, workmen did not protect outdoor furniture below the welding job - with damage to the furniture and cushions. The proposal, and verbal intent, promised care to cover with tarps to protect areas below. Sorry a local business is one to avoid.
