I am updating my review. I previously gave a five star review but have had to change it. First I…read morewant to add that Cesar was very nice and overall the job went well. The problem was the single gate was not level and hangs at an angle. I will admit I did not notice this until the company had been paid in full and left the premises. I notified the fence company once I noticed the fence and sent them a picture of the single gate and asked them to please straighten it or we will discuss getting it replaced if that is what needs to be done. I have too small dogs I felt could get through the opening. I heard back from the fence company and they were very nice. They said they wanted me to be happy and would go over a solution to straighten the gate and would call me and we could discuss it. They never called me to discuss anything and It is clear they feel they are finished with the job. The mistake we made was paying in full for the job. If we had held back some money I am sure they would have come back to straighten the fence. So what we have learned from this experience is pay a deposit and give the balance at the end. We have learned our lesson.

I serve them daily in the work I do, so it's nice to be able to do something to support one of their businesses. The owner Travis came out to my home to provide me with a free estimate. After I agreed on the price. I asked if he could have someone start soon. He did his best to fit me in the companies schedule sooner than later. During the day of the painting, Travis was not able to show up but he let me in good hands with his fore(woman) which is a person who is in charge of the project and the other two people that assisted her. I never had a women painter. I know women can do anything men can. She (They) did a great job. I'm very happy with the work they did and will recommend them to everyone. They painted 4 rooms total. I hope to have them paint the rest of my home by the end of the year.

My pool pump stopped working last week so I uninstalled the pool pump took it to the pool company…read moreand had them check it out. After disassembling it and getting it over there I dropped it off and before I got home they called me back and said it works fine nothing wrong with it come back and get it. I went home reinstalled it still would not come on. Now I'm thinking it's an electrical problem. So I disassemble the outside box, check all the connections turn the power off then back on still nothing. By now my pool has alligators and sharks so after calling a couple of listed recommendations of electricians near Winder with no answer I called Garrett. Not only did they answer on the third ring he was typing in my name phone number everything while I was telling him my problem. I was hoping it was a simple issue that I was overlooking but he gave me his cost upfront as I needed this done now, noon on Friday is never a good time to call so it is what I expected so we had no people in the office all were on jobs and he said for an extra $20 I can pull someone off a job and come take a look because it's probably something easy. I said go for it! By 1 o'clock a Garrett truck pulled into my driveway with two people ready to go get them to the fuse box show them the pool I went back to mowing the yard and within 10 minutes they found the ground fault receptacle on the side of the house next to the cable box which I have never seen(I just moved in a month ago) he reset it I threw in chemicals to the pool life is good! They text me their progress the entire time and a copy of the bill and we're super nice guys didn't even laugh at me for not being able to find the power outlet that actually powered the pool hidden behind the plants by the house. Thank you thank you! I can have my barbecue tomorrow pool is back to working great and Garrett save the day. Great customer service highly recommend !

These guys wee nothing less than GREAT! Kevin responded to my request within a day, came out when…read morepromised, even had his guys come remove the old gutters to give us a couple days to paint the eves. Then his guys returned and did an amazing job in just one day. Gutters look amazing and they even moved a few of the downspouts from their original locations making everything look more cohesive. I'll definitely use these guys again and I highly recommend them.
