You slapped, SLAPPED his hand, stopped midway for a smoke break and were screaming at him when giving instructions. That is disgustingly unprofessional and just unbelievable behaviour in general. I guess this may be why you have no reviews but have been in business in 2006. Shame on you!! Please do not book this waste of space individual. There are tons of great, patient driving instructors out there. Don't waste your money here

It all comes down to instructors; my instructor for automatic lessons was great; pick up and drop off on time with improvement pointers and guided lessons based on what you need! And I hired them again during the driving test; I feel 125 euro for car hire with 1-2 lessons for the driving test is a bit steep but then every other school is expensive as well. They are a good school for learning lessons though.

I recently passed my driving test and genuinely could not have done it without Kevin's help.It was…read moremy third time to do the test and my first time to have lessons with Kevin. I had taken lessons from two previous instructors before i had sat the test on two previous occassions and did not find either of the instructors as professional, experienced or as helpful as Kevin.I had been driving for years and pisked up so many bad habits. Kevin immediately pin pointed the areas which required work and began focusing on them during each lesson. He covered off on each of the areas he felt I was particulary weak in and worked on them until I was comfortable with each individual area. My confidence was quite low having failed the test on twice before and I honestly thought I was going to fail the tes again. However, Kevins tactical approach, encouragement and guidance gave me the confidence I needed to pass the exam. His knowledge of the area and relaxed manner made everything so simple and his tips definitely worked. I would reccomend Kevin to anybody who wants to pass the test first time round. If I had found Kevin first time around I know that I would have passed the test on my first attempt. So on that note I want to say a HUGE thank you to Kevin and hope many new applicants awaiting confirmation of their test go to you Kevin. I promise you will NOT regret it. Claire from Kildare

During…read moreone of my classes, the ISM instructor got out of the car and started arguing with a cyclist. It raised to the point that he threw the cyclists phone and bicycle away. Not only this, but I have had scheduled classes and a test the following week. The instructor didn't bother to show up to any of them. I rang ISM and complained about this. They said they will resolve this issue and offer me a refund. It's been weeks now and I still haven't received my money back. The instructor is still on the road, teaching people. You can choose to take the lessons in a car that they provide (€40 per hour), or in your own car (€2 cheaper). I had taken 6 private lessons with a private instructor that I found cheaply over the internet, and failed my first test. As the lessons had been pre-booked, I couldn't change instructor. Booking lessons through ISM means you can change tutor if you find the one you are with doesn't suit. I took 2 lessons with Sean in ISM before my second test, and passed with just one minor fault. He was clear and concise in his instructions, but I think he is very popular, so you may need to book a few days in advance. The only negative thing is the location of the school - amazingly they have no parking facilities. I had to chase the clampers away when I parked around the corner for 2 minutes to collect my instructor, and apparently people are given parking tickets here all the time.

I have used only training ground area as I was getting my IBT done (motorcycle A license). Let's start from instructor. John is his name. He's gas, I'm telling you. Loads of fun, knows a lot of stuff (regarding motorbikes, safety and road rules). Instructor was reasonable, and if you do something not perfectly, he'll try to make you do it until you get it right. If you already know or have experience, he will recognize that and won't waste time practicing something that you are already good at and proved it to him. Training ground is not as big as I'd like, but it does the job. You wouldn't go into the third gear (with motorbike) there. Office is a little hut with toilet and kitchen, if you need. It is well heated, was never cold. One strong point for IBT course - cheapest price without discount I managed to find in Dublin (€475, modules 1, 3 & 5). Got to ride two different bikes: Kawasaki ER-5 and Suzuki Bandit (63 kw, 2013). Great experience. Good bikes. Protective clothes they provide are okay. Not new anymore, but does the job. There're different sizes of clothes and helmets to fit you right.

Paid 110€ and the old guy jad no clue what he is here for. Conor was the name of tge guy it was an hour before my test and i wanted to cry. Useless and clueless. Finished lesson 20 mints prior to the time and i didnt ask to continue as i know its the waste. Payment was made in advance. If you dont want to waste your hard earned money dont go with conor. He should retire now. I was only asking him can we do 3 points turn or reverse and roundabouts,he seemed like he was there to just sit in the car for nothing. Wish i could complain and get refund
