Your Comfort Is Important Before my very first appointment, I shared during my booking experience that in the past I've had dentists who have grabbed my mouth and roughly poked around without me knowing what they were doing. I shared that my preference is to know what they are doing and why. Serene Smiles exceeded my expectations in every way, first with Sarah as my initial hygienist, and then with Kaitlyn. Both Sarah and Kaitlyn were so kind and patient with me - they explained what they were doing and why, showed me the tools, told me what they were doing, and told me there were some alternatives if I felt discomfort. They consistently asked me if I was comfortable and overall made me feel very cared for. Dr. Zain is also very gentle, and he goes out of his way to explain everything you need to know about your teeth and facial muscles. Dr. Swanson did work upper tooth. I was so nervous because it was under my eyes and that can caused a lot of pain like your eye start watering. Dr. Swanson had a method of numbing that gum and didn't feel any pain at all. Dr. Tran is my dentist. She also has the same method as Dr. Swanson. She is calm, comforting, and in control. I feel safe. Every one is courteous. It's comfortable to walk in their clinic. They had a clinic closed where I am, but they moved away about 30 minutes drive, but we decided to keep them.
