And I know the speed limit is 5 miles an hour well part of the park is 5 1/2 and I have never gotten on to for speeding thru that place until a few weeks ago and instead of coming and saying please abide by the speed (which i don't think I was ) but the Manager : DALE came to my vehicle and was very rude and I just apologized actually I finally said you know you don't half to be so rude and then today June 4 2026 I coming in to the rv park to take some one home and the truck I was in the clutch is going out I mean barely working so when I came in my motor reved up because of clutch going out won't go over 5 miles per hour but the manager came up to my truck yelling I mean yelling at me and I tried to explain and he said I heard you raving your engine told him about my clutch then started yelling at the resident I was bringing home .this manager is so Un professional and so rude and should not be in a rv park especially running one . I have never encountered anybody so rude and mean before in my life .I know he got to be hurting owners business

I find it offensive that Mike F, who appears to be a pompous camper relates price to the residents in a very arrogant fashion. Most of the people at this park are elderly and live on a fixed income and are appreciative that the pricing has not shot through the roof like many other rentals out there right now. Mike F clearly is a cheapskate individual as he must have searched for the least expensive place around and then wanted a refund and was refused. I am okay with the last sentence as we like to keep this place a secret. Not sure how he even found out about it.

No one was there so it was nice to have it to myself. Pick up your loose brass. And follow standard safety rules. My only gripe is. Yes it's "indoors" but no ac. Granted, range is only $15 as long as you bring your own gear (eye protection ear protection). So basically save two boxes of ammo coming here instead of "The gun range". Which is $35 and in town but usually a lot busier.

There were multiple issues that I shared with the owner, Amy, such as the lack of detail and communication, unorganized scheduling, and an overall poor experience as an adult rider at this barn. When they pushed me to pay for a new month of lessons before I had even finished my previous months lessons I went ahead and paid ($480). After multiple issues scheduling with my trainer, including me arriving at the barn at 7am on a Sunday for no one to be there because they were out on a race and messed up scheduling, I decided that this barn wasn't the right fit for me. I asked for a refund of the $480 I paid only a couple day prior (which I had not used yet for any lessons) and their response was that they had already spent the money on horse feed and could not return me the money even though I hadn't taken any lessons for that month yet. Rather than fighting back and forth, I decided to just let them keep the money as it seems they were not in the position to return it and must've really needed it. However, I walked away feeling taken advantage of especially after all the money I had already invested at this barn. I even volunteered a day and came in bright and early to help with morning barn chores. Sad that it happened this way but I would suggest that if you are an adult rider or even a parent who wants to ensure your kids are getting lessons worth your money, that you explore your options first before riding here.

Watching them welcome newcomers, especially the young ones, is such a pleasure! If you and yours end up committed to barrel and pole racing, I can't imagine a better place to hook up with. My daughter has flourished here and Amy and Adri have helped her realize her true potential. They know everything going on locally and invite us and our daughter to so many races. It's been great and we look forward to many more years with them.

The Range Safety Officer met me at my car and actually helped me carry my gear to the range. He went over the range rules quickly, helped set up my target and made sure I didn't have any questions. He didn't hover, but he did check in a few times to make sure I was doing OK. No egos anywhere with the staff. Everyone was polite and helpful. Will definitely go back.

We were in town for a guys trip and wanted to try a fly fishing experience …read more.. it was the first time for all four of us and Dave did a great job introducing us to the basics before we even hit the water (it's called a "rod" not a "pole")! We decided on the location and even with that Dave did a great job finding a perfect spot for us to spread out and get one-on-one instructions on the different types of flies and how to cast. We all were fortunate enough to catch a few fish and are anxious to continue our fly fishing journey now that we have a good base to start from! It was a pleasure spending the day with Dave!
