I sent pictures to her, we talked back and forth for at least a month before I even went in. She told me verbatim, she could do it. Anyway I got there, paid like $200 and she basically gave me crappy highlights that looked silly and uneven. I gave it one star because she was nice. The place is a bit run down but I'm guessing she is the owner. I do my best to support small businesses but boy do I regret this! At one point I was joking, "I guess I don't see color how everyone else does because that is not the color in my hair." I was Just trying to make light that my hair was orange! The manager actually responded to another review I wrote saying I should have told them I have color issues! I was joking as I was so uncomfortable with the way my hair looked! They charged $270 for me to walk out with horrible looking hair. I still tipped my hairdresser, Kelli, as I felt bad for the amount of time she spent on it, even though it looks terrible. I can't believe they charged that much with having me walk out so embarrassed by my hair.
