Calling a company to send a sales rep to my house is one of the last things I ever want to do :-) The entire process of working with Dayton Door Sales was very smooth and very professional. The salesman was very knowledgable, zero pressure, and very helpful. Once we decided to purchase from them, they were in good communication with us letting us know when to expect the doors, and scheduling the installation. Being an 80+ year old house, not everything is "standard" and they sent their expert installer crew to make sure it went flawlessly. The installers were nice, professional, efficient, and did an AMAZING job ensuring the doors were perfectly installed and gave the maximum clearance to fit our SUV in the garage bay. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing replacement doors or any service needs.

I absolutely would not recommend them to fix anything. We had Mike come "fix" our garage door after…read morethe wire came off the pulley. A few months later it happened again. He said I was to blame for having "junk" interfere with the door. A few months later, it happened again. This time, I wasn't home but my wife was. Mike told her that I'm the reason it keeps coming off. A few months later, it comes off the pulley again. This time I tell him, THIS WIRE IS NOT COMING OFF BECAUSE OF STUFF ON THE FLOOR. He said "I'm not calling you a lier, but I've been doing this for 35 years". He left with an attitude and a pissed off customer... guess what, 13 days later, the wire came off the pulley AGAIN. We had enough of Mike. We got someone else to fix it. Mike is rude, arrogant and he treats his customers like shit. Oh, and he was late. 0/5 stars.

Our 28 year old garage door finally needed replacing. We got 3 estimates, and Littrell was the one…read morewe both agreed on. Littrells quote was a thousand less than the quote from Precision. Plus, they got it done in less than a week even though we wanted chocolate brown. Coincidentally, our neighbor was supposed to have Precision replace his garage door today. He had been kept waiting for over 3 weeks ... paid more than we did... and his door still isn't replaced. Ours is totally done and the Precision guys haven't even arrived next door. Mike was very honest and easy to deal with. They cleaned up and left everything nice. The new door is great looking and very quiet. We highly recommend.

One of the worst experience I ever had. Schedule a locksmith at 11 to get a tenant out. I called…read morethe number associate with this locksmith number seeing that that they were running late. Keep in mind that a sheriff is waiting for this locksmith in order to get in the property. The number I called referred me to a different person that would come.I was told they will be there in 30 minutes from the first time I called them. I wait 30 minutes and call again to see their update. Well, they say that there are 20-30 minutes out which is different from the earlier update. I called them again 25 minutes later. Guess what... the were again 20-30 minutes out. At that point, the sheriff had to leave and I couldn't wait too much longer anyways. I was told that I would have to go through the eviction process again losing me potentially $1,000 more because of their failure to show up and them constantly delaying their arrival time.

Then when I asked for the cost, they couldn't even give me a ball park on labor cost because it depended on the person they sent out, but they were going to charge me a fee just to come out - without giving me any clue how much the job would cost in total. I called another locksmith afterward and he gave me a detailed description of the problem and that he couldn't get the key code until after 11 Monday because of GM. He then told me exactly how the process would work, and how to avoid a on site charge, by letting him make the key and me program it to the car. Saved me hundreds, and his honesty highlighted the dishonesty and scam-like behavior of this company. I will NEVER do business with them.
