Seriously, HIRE ANGELA!! She made our wedding absolutely perfect, kept the bride and MOB from feeling any stress, and she is worth her weight in gold. While that seemed a little pricey, it also sounded super good and filling, so I ordered it. To be honest, I was disappointed with my first bite-- it was just lacking salt and some seasoning. However, I looked back at the counter and realized there were several shaker bottles of different seasoning salt blends so that you could season your food to your liking. That changed the game. After a sprinkle of the seafood blend, the potatoes were delicious! They had both spicy and regular dill sauce. I got both-- both were great, but I preferred the spicy. All of the flavors in the container mixed so perfectly! Would like to try more food from Brock Masterson's! The staff was friendly and helpful.

Take a look: http://www.carlyshortphotography.net/rustic-ohio-wedding Carly also has a great personality and is just awesome to be around. She even pitched in to help with wedding set up at one point! I was also super grateful that my photographer was a cool, younger female with great taste, especially when she was photographing us getting ready. She was able to capture some great moments that an older, stodgier man wouldn't have. :) Especially if you're creative and a bit unconventional, Carly is definitely, definitely your best bet. By the end of the day, I felt like I'd known her for years. I loved everything about working with Carly. I really cannot recommend her highly enough!

We arrived at the tail-end of some sort of tournament, but were pretty quickly attended to with a generous offer of free shoe rental (they sure are SCHNAZZZZY!!) for our larger group. Bowling was fun, MUCH more automated scoring than I remember (it's been a WHILE...) and lots of "extras," including all the flashy lights, music, and food and drink options you'd expect. Their pizza looks SO GOOD that it had me wishing we hadn't eaten already at that "piazza" next door... Oh well, next time!! No "strike outs" here, have fun and be sure you get the FABULOUS red shoes (though they didn't help my lousy games AT ALL!!) :-)

Even though she considers herself a hobbyist /…read morefreelance photographer, whispers of her flawless talent for angles, lighting, and moment capture is beginning to spread throughout our city; in volumes from one potential client to the next. I first heard about her at a church I attend with my wife last week. A fellow parishioner spoke of her holiday photo session with her sons and talked my wife into scheduling our holiday photos with Angie. After researching her website, I was skeptical because her prices and packages were incredibly generous, i.e. "too good to not have some sort of catch". But I love my wife and of course supported her curiosity about this Angie person. I was suprised when she called her and was told she had to schedule us three months out at the very soonest. I was even more shocked when my wife booked it regardless. Angie is incredibly thoughtful. She took the time to squeeze in a shoot yesterday; and I had an absolute blast in her studio. This is a guy saying that! Angie really put my wife and I in a realm of class and glamour with every click of her Nikon. She also handled our "slightly" rambunctious children with such finess and grace. I won't further spoil the experience you will have with Angie, but If you ever need your memories captured in a memorable way, I highly advise you to visit her site and seek her out. Trust me, you'll know someone who knows about Angelique Patrick Photography.
