Worst dentists I've been too. I got dentures and they are way too big. They don't ever answer there…read moreoffice phone. I've texted them on Facebook and also the lady's number and no response. I've went to there office multiple times and they are always closed. The care they provided me with was awful the lady kept trying to touch the inside of my mouth after she touched money from the other lady and made a big deal cause I had her to wash her hands before she put them in my mouth. The lady didn't even ask me what size or color I wanted she done it from her point of view. They scheduled me an appointment to come in and they wasn't even there. I've showed up and called and absolutely nobody anytime. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE! They are dirty and aren't there to help you only there for a paycheck

My first denture appointment was on November 6. I had xrays, scans and impressions. Looked at the…read moreoptions for the color of the teeth. I was told about a week for bite rims to return. I finally was told to return for bite rims on November 14 and was allowed to choose a tooth color. I did bite rims and more scans. I was then told I'd get a call for the next appointment. I went back on November 25 at 12pm and after waiting until almost 4pm, I was told Tiffany had to leave and wasn't there. I was then told return on Monday December 1. I went back on December 1 and had more scans and try ins. I was told to come back AGAIN. I was told it would take 10-14 days before I would come back for my dentures. And I was told I could call to check if they were there but not to call before 14 days. While there a lady came in soliciting business for her dentures creations lab. Laura, the office manager, told the woman that Dandy dentures were expensive and she took the woman's card. On December 18 I called and was told something tumultuous was going on in the office and they thought I had something there. On November 20 I received the following message: "Hey, it's Nikki from the dental office. Can you come in some time Tuesday between 8 and 12 for your next step in the denture process?" This seemed odd since it should have been my FINAL step... I went in on December 23 to find out the process would be starting over completely with the cheaper denture place. My bite rims that were supposed to be sent to Dandy were still there in a bag. I was told that the teeth colors I was given to choose from were no longer an option. I was laughed at. I said I'm glad you find this to be so funny. The cheap denture woman actually said "It is funny." So... If you read it all, I will let you decide on what the review rating should be. And btw, I'm still looking at another 3-4 weeks before they have teeth for me if I accept them. I am not accepting anything I am not happy with because this has been a very upsetting experience.
