It took me 3 weeks to get an appointment at this office. Then I was rescheduled for this first appointment.
I had an emergency, a front tooth had broken.
The staff was friendly when I finally got in to see someone.
Xrays were taken but no work done. Given an appointment 3 weeks later on 10/1. Got a notice on 9/23 that I have to be rescheduled. This is second time. I call and leave message to be rescheduled. Never hear back. I call again on 10/9 to see what's going on. Get told that they show I had an appointment in 9/23. Told them no, that's when you texted me to be rescheduled.
After waiting on hold for a few minutes told they can squeeze me in on 10/14. They are supposed to fix 3 teeth and give gas and I'm being squeezed in?
I say no I'll come week after. Now told can't see me until mid December.
Stay away from here. They play games with the schedule. I've verified this with a few people who gave gone here but left because of scheduling issues.
Ironically there were 2 people behind the desk and 6 people in doctor garb the day I was there. 1 was doctor who are other 5? And you can not schedule anyone.
Go to another dentist. Hopefully this office will close and one that runs efficiently will take its place. Nice employees but worse service than the cable company.
