We amended our departure date; we figured we could extend our stay as needed instead of getting stuck with all these extra room charges. Were then told that because we were changing it they now couldn't accommodate our entire 5 night stay. I book rooms regularly, usually daily, for our employees and will never use this hotel again. I have never had such a difficult time booking rooms before or had any hotel try and charge so much extra. It's busy up there right now and you have people on a waiting list for rooms, I get it, but if this is how you treat your customers and run a business, you can keep it. Just because it's busy doesn't mean your customers will return if they have other options.

Was the most unprofessional and difficult people to deal with…read more I booked the rooms for employees we send out of town and I called in the morning to cancel rooms and instead of informing us of the check out time and us being 10 mins late of it, she has decided to charge us for the rest of the nights we cancelled and while on the phone she continuously yelled at us ending in her hanging up on me. On multiple occasions the lady lost our booking and over invoiced us. Will never deal with them again and i recommend no one to go there, spend the extra dollar and stay somewhere that cares more about you.
