I had a ring with a very small band resized by this business. They advised me that with such a thin…read moreband I should avoid getting it resized more than once to avoid visible changes to the ring, and they did everything in their power to make sure I chose the right size. They got it done within a day and I couldn't even tell that it had been resized, there was absolutely no marking visible to the naked eye. The shop itself was small but seemed to have a great selection of unique jewelry. If I ever need a ring resized, or need to have jewelry custom-made I will definitely come to this shop!

The owner got aggressive and verbally abusive almost instantly. He threw $20 at me and said take it or he'd keep the earrings and just refund me. When I said I just wanted the price corrected, not a refund because I liked the earrings he started name calling. shocked at his behaviour I decided to just take the refund and leave, he tried to lock me inside the store. He only let go when I started dialing 911; his wife opened the door. He kept cursing at me as I walked out. Verify the karat yourself before buying anything here, AND BE READY FOR HOSTILITY IF YOU QUESTION THEIR PRODUCT . I have documentation of this interaction and intend to press charges for attempting to lock me in and unethical business practices. The have replied under this review with complete lies and it also establishes how they sold 18k gold advertising as 22k ,they will not let you verify any claim they make about their gold so be vary of this business

It was a multiple person, multiple day to get things organized. It turns out the items never left the warehouse. Once we eventually received all the items, there were incorrect items and missing items. It is now 6 months later and this has not been rectified, so we are still missing tent covers and we still have the incorrect trolleys. This was a last min quick print I needed done. Very simple just a lot of pages. I had to bargain with Jim on the time it would be ready and he got the job done in half an hour. Legend. I'll use them again but I'll email over the files to give him more time. It's in an odd spot but they do have a few free parking spots for customers right outside.
