Terrible experience.... stay away! Complete lack of communication and understanding of country…read morerequirements. Booked $8k vacation through this company. Had to reach out myself to ask for invoicing detail. Had to reach out myself to ask about what we need to do for transfers. No communication leading up to departure. I just happened to look up Dominican Republic, which is our destination, day before flight and learned that you have to submit an application for an e-ticket to get into the country. Must be done in advance and country approval for travelers. Called the travel agent and she was clueless. Had I not happen to come across this, we would have been in trouble. Travel agent also got us zero perks with hotel. What's the point? Travel agent did absolutely nothing for us.

Amazingly consistent, excellent and super pleasant service since I began with them in 2016!…read more For a while as an independent consultant, I flew weekly out of CLT to clients, often parking at the short-term lot each week wondering what new scratch to the bumper I would see when I returned. One evening heading out to meet friends I ordered a car service because all others were not available. I met, India, a fantastic lady, owner and operator of the business. I shared my issues in parking at the airport and scheduled my next business trip with PCT. Since then, with very few exceptions, I've scheduled all trips to/from the airport with them. Each and every time, the vehicles are immaculate inside and out. If it's not the sedans, then it is the large black SUVS, LOVE THOSE, I feel like a celebrity inside of them. They have always been on time to get me; often a little bit early... I've never waited. I no longer travel each week for clients, instead flying for mixed business/personal reasons so I don't get to see India or Althea as often, yet I still enjoy seeing them when I do. Together (as well as other drivers with their company) have always been professional, gracious and honestly fun to speak to and catch up with. Fun, professional, & consistent... loyal since 2016!
