I ordered 20 yards of three-quarter minus and what showed up was 11 yards. Now that was mapped out with a Commercial GPS while it was in a pile and I got around 12 yards. After I put it in the ground, I could tell exactly what it was from how deep by the square footage which is very simple and that's where I found he had only delivered me 11.5 yards instead of 20 I called and tried to explain there might be a mistake but just like every other post on here where someone complains they do not apologize and they make you the consumer feel dumb and tell you that you don't know what you're talking about... . Please go and do what I did,get your dirt or whatever you need delivered to your house from Dirt Dr 603-229-3200 they are fabulous. I've ordered multiple things and every time they've dropped off exactly the amount that I ordered. I expect a review back from the owner with some kind of excuse on how I don't know what I'm doing and how it's anything but their fault... Buyer beware!!!! Be very careful!!!! And remember, we're not talking about one or 2 yards we're talking about almost half of what I ordered so that's a big discrepancy, but I'm sure they'll blame it on me.

What was done did not match the invoice, which is in part my fault for not asking them to change it. They fixed my steps and completed the drainage system, which so far is working fine thank god. We have yet to have a really big rain storm but so far so good. Maybe I can now get rid of the sandbags in front of my driveway! My security system monitored their progress and the more experienced gentleman really showed care in his work, and mentored the younger crew on the right way to get things done so it looked professional. I would use them again, but do the following prior: Contact dig safe which is free to find any buried cables or electrical. Rope off ahead of time the leach fields so they won't drive over them. (Not that they did on my property, just smart to do). Ensure the invoice matches exactly what you agreed to for legal reasons prior to making a payment. 7/29/18 So it's been a couple months and I love the work. Finally, an electrician that doesn't play games. One person operation with full accountability and…read morea 'let's get it done' attitude. Good communication either through email, text or phone. I had a bucket list of items that I needed help with. I got ridiculous quotes from other electricians, $2200, $2600, $2500. Marty came by, looked at the job and had decided the best course of action what to just do Time and Materials at his hourly rate. It saved him from underestimating/overestimating and I could manage the costs fairly. Items completed: 1. Deck Post light caps: Caseta switch installation. Also diagnosing some incorrect connections (I had made incorrect connections previously). Wiring an incomplete LV wiring run to complete a 'missing' section of lights. 2. Under deck puck lights: 15 Amp box and 2nd Caseta switch installation powering puck lights 3. Troubleshooting Magnitude MLV Transformer (found bad caseta switch and worked with Lutron support to diagnose and get replacement) 4. Installed heat tape on troublesome (ice/snow) roof section I got everything done for roughly $600.00. (I bought all the materials in advance ~$100 worth and did some "brain dead" stuff myself (like running 14/2 UF wire through existing conduit). In any event, I was thrilled with T&M as was he. I believed I saved roughly $1500 by spending an hour or two myself and having Marty come in for the rest. I think I found my new 'go to' electrician in my area. Fair, honest and hard working.
