A long quest for a few missing pieces was quickly and easily remedied by EarthJunk's vast inventory and efficient service. John is a pleasure to do business with. He is open, honest, friendly, and makes a long-distance purchase a very comfortable experience. Since they are in a small town shipping can take some time. About every two weeks the goods move from their shop to the 'big city" for shipment. As part of that process the goods are professionally packed. All the while, John makes an occasional friendly phone call with status information. How much better can it get? For me the goods were shipped by Greyhound and arrived a couple of days later. Upon opening, the quality of the packing was confirmed and the quality of the goods were confirmed also. Next time... I'll go here first! (Note: Some of their goods are on ebay and the photos shown are numerous... so it is easy to know what one is getting.)
