I loved this brewery so much! It is a beautiful space with a huge selection of beers on tap. The…read moresetting is super industrial, low key, with lots of seating (I particularly loved the upstairs seating). My favorite part was the "build your own charcuterie" option (though I didn't partake, I loved the idea). I always want something cheesy to nibble on when I am at a brewery and being able to choose your own tidbits for a charcuterie is an excellent idea. For the beers, I tried their Northern Logger, which I loved, and their Pilsner which was okay, but a little heavy. Their storefront shop is cool too; you can get anything from standard logo-pint glasses to even a blue yoga mat and long johns with their logo on it. You can also get all of their beers in various sizes, from a single can to a Growler and everything in between. We grabbed a four-pack of their Northern Logger to take back home with us to Minnesota. I hope I return to TBay soon, and especially hope this was not my last visit to this brewery!

The trailblazer beer is my husband's favorite and he raves it's the best beer he's ever had. I'm not a beer drinker but when we go there, I do enjoy their strawberry seltzer or a ridiculously delicious rootbeer float. I'm always drawn to Reuben rolls, those do not disappoint. The parmesan fries with aoli is soooo good. Cheese curds and pretzel are delish! It's really hard to decide what to get when here! Service is always great as well. Very Minnesota Nice!
