My furnace is dripping water and coming up through the fake wood panels, the refrigerator defrost daily for no reason I live in a townhome but I'm unable to park in front of my unit & I have a hole in the ceiling from where the plaster feel off, the water is extremely hard and when the handy man came to "fix" my furnace he left my front door unlocked with the keys in it which I still have & no one has notified me that they have "lost" the extra keys to my unit. the sewage was backed up for months prior & the say they fixed it tenants were left without water for hours with no notification. The property manager never answers the phone when you call & she's never at any of the sites. there's 1 tenant that has a busted out window that has been that way for at least 3 months and no one has an urgency to fix it. unless you're desperate don't move here there is nothing luxury about any of those apartments. They weren't remodeled until 2024 & it was poorly done by the incompetent handyman.

She has a horrible bug problem that management is ignoring! Bugs in her dishwasher and in her refrigerator! She keeps her apartment clean and her trash emptied. The pest control service has come once in 5 months and only put out traps. She has two small children and expecting another child. Management has done NOTHING!!!!
