Jason's knowledge and service made me feel much better about what seemed like an overwhelming situation. This was the second time I had to call Jason while in a bad situation. The first time was a car accident last year. Jason handled it like a true professional. He walked me through the process, handled a rental car and personally called several days later to make sure there were no issues. Everytime I have needed Jason and State Farm they have been there.

I reluctantly agreed because I was considering switching my auto insurance policies from AAA to state farm. I showed up, and proceeded to wait over 30 minutes before the secretary informed me that she wasn't sure when he would be getting out his meeting. He didn't even come out of his office to explain he had another meeting, or to apologize to me. I didn't receive a phone call or an email apologizing either. As a business owner, this is absolutely unacceptable and I will be taking my existing policies and business elsewhere.

I moved from the San Francisco Bay Area to Detroit in 2021. I was still living in California when I…read morebought my house and I had to arrange for insurance while still out of state. Having never lived in Detroit prior to this home purchase, I had no idea what to expect my insurance premium to be. I had renters insurance through Liberty Mutual and so I assumed I would just convert that policy to a homeowners policy. Wrong! When I got the quote from liberty to insure the house, it came in at $15,000 a year! Even the customer service representative thought that it must be a mistake. It wasn't and other insurers I subsequently contacted were also very high with their quotes. Rapidly getting discouraged and expecting this to be the norm, I was throughly surprised when I contacted Pam Mowatt State Farm agency and received a quote for about 1/3 of what the others had quoted me. I didn't hesitate to place my business with State Farm Insurance and I have been with them for 3 years and have never regretted it. Pam and Robin Pedica are just great to work with. They routinely check in with me and annually set up a meeting to go over the policy and together we search for discounts. This year, when my policy was scheduled to go up considerably ,Pam was able to spot an opportunity for me to get a major discount by bundling My policy with an auto policy and it was really a surprising difference in price. Had she not taken the time to do this and explain it to me, I never would have known and would have continued and just had to live with the large price increase at renewal .Pam And Robin even took time to help me with an insurance matter I had with a different Carrier that had nothing to do with state farm, but they advised me and even took a look at some of the paperwork to make sure I was being treated appropriately by the other insurance Carrier. I think these guys are fantastic and I won't go anywhere else because truly, they have earned my business.

Steve and his team were patient and wonderful in answering our questions, directing us in filing a claim, uploading necessary information and assisting in getting her claim processed as quickly as possible. They not only listened to the "business" side of going through this process, but he and his team of caring people took time to listen to her story of trauma and distress over losing everything she owned with honest and sincere empathy and compassion. As of this weekend, her claim has been settled, she has been able to replace what she needs to move forward with her life in a new assisted living facility and although they could not replace her lost memories and precious treasures, they assisted in giving her what she needs to begin again. We cannot thank them enough for everything they did for us during this terrible experience and we are so grateful she had Renters Insurance as some of the 87 residents who were impacted by this tragedy did not.
