Numerous times they went above and beyond to make sure I was getting a fair deal. Attorney Thompson did a very thorough review of all the paperwork on the day of the closing and was great to work with. He even delivered paperwork to Town Hall for the closing agent so she could get back home before rush hour. This law firm also helps a lot of members in the community including the Polish speaking population. I really can't fit all the good things they do in this one review, completely deserve 5/5 review.

His response was : Does she look like you.. I took that as an insult and didn't continue discussion. Atty Volman on his own went to the opposing counsel questioning wife's fidelity and that I wasn't the father of my daughter. Extent of his style - Opposing side sent their proposed settlement and I was told to look at it, mark up changes and he'd fax it over. No written objections nor typed out counter proposal. Lastly, after severe frustration, I had to change lawyers - Atty Volman now refuses to give me a copy of my entire file. In fact, he said that if I ever come to his office I will be ARRESTED. . When thinking about writing this review about Attorney Lugo's service, one word comes to mind and…read morethat is time. His effort from the beginning of the case a year and a half ago to the end showed how he utilized his time. When I speak about time, I'm talking about Attorney Lugo's work ethic. He was and always has been very thorough in obtaining and reading all the information for my case. He even found certain discrepancies in the documentation versus the verbal statements which helped our case. His demonstration of tenacity, resilience and consistency was proven by being available for my family and I'm talking on multiple calls periodically throughout my case. There were times when he had to investigate and examine various options for our case that he called my husband and I with updates that he found. This man is not a nine to five lawyer we spoke at times around 10:00 p.m. at night not just about a plan for our case but he called about my family. He called about our daily well-being, he even asked about my husband who was hospitalized during this time of our case. He not only showed concern about the case but also showed concerned about his clients. His empathy and compassion for his clients goes beyond just a case file. Attorney Lugo has proved this with his demeanor, his interactional skills, pleasant nature upon approach and his ability to collaborate and work with his clients on any issue that may come up on hand for the case. I not only recommend him if you are in a bad situation where you need a lawyer, I recommend him also as a friend and a person that you can really trust and rest assure that he is going to fight for you! This guy is truly a lawyer for the people and the community thank you so much Attorney Lugo from the Zayas-Moore family. ________________________________________

He said this to my friend because my friend twisted my words against me and didn't show Sal everything I said or explain the full context. The court advocate said I was also "vindictive" for calling the cops. I would never recommend someone so dishonest and that spreads lies to others in the court system. Disgusting.
