This review is long overdue. Brian Joseph is the man! I've used a lot of painters over the years,…read morebut Brian is by far the most responsive, professional, and reliable painter that I've ever hired. We hired him to paint all of our house's interior trim white in 2017 - it was an enormous endeavor. He even came back after he was finished to touch up numerous spots. We hired him to paint the rest of the interior of our house in 2019. In 2020, we used him again to paint our house's exterior and to repair/replace some siding. This guy is reliable, and his prices are fair. Most importantly, though, when you hire Brian and his company, you know that the job is going to get done and that you're going to get great work. He's been my go-to painter all these years for good reason!

The only thing missed was the powder room door which my husband and I forgot about as it had been removed prior and was stored temporarily in the garage. Our fault and I'm not worried about it too much as we will have them back for touch ups as needed. They even provided their insurance certificate when asked. We also were happy that they used Sherwin Williams paint to cover the horrific dark gold in the communal areas and dark blue in the bedrooms. So much brighter now.

I started referring them to my clients (friends and family too) after that. Each referrel had great things to say. So when my home needed painting I called them. Sergio stopped by and listened to my concerns about repairs and issues, and provided me an estimate that was fair and reasonable. I scheduled with him that day. They did my whole house and basement in the time and for the cost estimated. All my concerns were addressed. They painters were all friendly and treated us like family. Their work was professional and completed to my complete satisfaction. Juan was the crew leader for the team who did my home. He and his guys were excellent. Professional, polite and honest. They also found some issues I didn't see before and fixed those too. I will continue to refer them to anyone who asks me for a painter referral. My clients had them do exterior work and they raved about their job and their clean up. Drywall repair and painting is a real artwork, hire this company, they have the experience you need with the personality you want!

I hired Jesse to repair floating wetbar shelves that had started tilting forward. Turned out they'd…read morenever been anchored to studs, which was a real concern since they're solid wood shelves meant to hold real weight. Jesse walked me through the scope of work upfront and we moved forward. The job wasn't simple -- the wall behind the shelves had herringbone tile. Jesse opened it up, installed proper backing so the shelves could be bolted in securely, then redid the herringbone tile and matched the existing grout so well you can't tell any repair was ever done. That's exactly the outcome you hope for with tile work. While he was in there, he also fixed a leaking tub spout that required opening another section of wall for plumbing work, then patched and painted it back to seamless. Jesse's attention to detail was outstanding throughout. I'll be calling him for any future work at the house.

I used Freddy Painting for the first time at my investment property. I found them on Yelp and they…read morehad good reviews so I took a chance. The communication was very good with the company. I thought their estimate for the work at my fourplex was fair because it was a huge job. I had them paint the exterior of the building which has four townhomes and also the decks of the fourplex. Friday even moved furniture off the decks because I wasn't given prior notice that he was coming early to give my tenants the heads up to remove their items. Freddy also repaired loose boards and replaced ones that were rotting. I was very satisfied with this company and their communication. I asked Freddy for a second quote on two more properties that I needed just trimwork repainted. However, I didn't feel their pricing was fair, compared to the other quotes I was receiving. I did end up contracting with my former painter on this job because his estimate was significantly less. Freddy was paid $2700 for the decks at my fourplex, but he wanted $4000 for trimwork on the current job. That wasn't working for me. I would try Freddy Painting again in the future to see if his quote would be fair like the first job. He did good work.

This time we spent some time taking different proposals before hiring. JT seemed very buttoned up and competitive from a price standpoint when they came to create a proposal, but you never really know until the work is done. Right from Day 1 it was clear that JT was the best we have worked with.
