I went to this bankruptcy Lawyer, and he broke the contract. I paid a little over $1,000. In the…read morebeginning, all he did was have his assistant give me paperwork to fill out. Which I did, but then I had a family emergency to deal with, so I was unable to continue the bankruptcy at that time. Well, when I came back to finish the bankruptcy, he did nothing bit complain how much time I was gone.. He also complained because I missed the last appointment with him. He said he could have filled that time with someone who actually showed uo. Well, I apologized for it, and it wasn't good enough.. I made an appointment and he told me that we will discuss how much money I was getting back.. So I came to the appointment, and all of a sudden hes asking me all these questions because he was doing my bankruptcy... I was confused because the appointment was to discuss how much money I was to get back.. And then all of a sudden he's doing my bankruptcy.. Then he proceeds to tell me that he don't even think he should be doing my bankruptcy at all, and then he changes his mind and says he just going to recharge me for everything.. He had attitude, and was very ver rude.. I have never seen someone so hateful. I already had to contract signed at a certain price.. That price was locked in, and now he wants to recharge me.. He broke the law.. I had a family emergency I was unable to finish my bankruptcy at a certain time, and he flipped out about it.. He pretty much took my money and ran.. He didn't even do anything.. I'M the one who filled out my packet.. That's all that was done.. He is a thief!!! He calls himself a Christian, and I caught him in so many lies that if I was to name them all on here, this review would be very very long.. Please don't go to him. It is not worth being treated like crap while doing your bankruptcy.. Please go to someone else that will understand if life happens within your family, and you have to take care of it. Please go to someone who will respect you. He is hot worth the time or the effort.. He a horrible lawyer.. I lost over 1,000 dollars, and my bankruptcy never happened because HE decided not to do it, or even give me my money back.. There are so many other lawyers out there for bankruptcy.. Please find someone else.
