They also send out post cards which are not in envelopes which they will write on them your personal business such as "Your payment is declined call to update payment information". The mailbox is shared at the apartments I live in. Glad my neighbors were able to see that. Humiliating and unprofessional.

Poor customer service called and before i was disconnected was quoted a start up price of $360 when…read morei called back because they didn't they quoted me $410 i cancelled my policy two days later and the insurance company that amax and gotten sent me a check of $270 after calling them directly they told me $270 was the total price and amax and pocketed the rest when i called amax they said it was non refundable. Best advice go to ez access or call the insurance directly don't use amax
