The tow truck was going to arrive at their business right at closing time or a couple of minutes after. They agreed to stay to change my tire and get me on my way.. After paying $31.50 for a used tire that would get me home , we realized that my locking lug nut key was missing.. They proceeded to spend 1.5 hours (after hours), to get it off and get my new tire on.. They were pleasant, allowing my kids to scooter around the shop while they worked, let us use their front office sitting area, washroom.. I did not realize such customer service still existed ... Unprofessional and poor customer service. I was humiliated for stating how unfair it was to overcharge me. I did not have a written quote. Last time I make that mistake! Eventually, the owner handed me $50 cash and told me to get out of there when I complained about the $50 over-charge. To add injury to insult, one of the employees berated and insulted me while I was trying to address the issue with the owner.
