No sooner did I…read morearrive, then had to take a ambulance ride to the Cleveland Clinic Hospital, I was immediately taken for an MRI and diagnosed with 4 compression fractures of my spine. I was admitted to hospital and scheduled for surgery the following Monday, I had two seperate surgeries to repair my spine. I was in the hospital for a total of 11 days. During these 11 days, I never received any care that wasn't first rate from the janitor who cleaned my room to the nurses and doctors who treated me (special shout to Eddy, Marie, and Holly) during my stay. That will be my hospital of choice in the future.

Finally, went to a Colorectal Surgeon MD who informed me that I had a Fistula, and did not In fact have any Hemorroids. That means that for nearly a year of being seen here as a patient, they did not correctly identify or diagnose my actual condition, and just continually implemented round-after-round of IRC treatment to treat the seemingly nonexistent Hemorrhoids. Attempting to break free of this practice was an absolute nightmare, with the provider ARNP Grisso sending Certified Mail to my home that needed to be signed, just to warn me of the consequences of no longer seeking IRC treatment with this practice. How absurd to send certified mail, basically pressuring patients into needless rectal procedures. Lastly, 5-months after no longer being seen by this practice, I get a call from "Ben" leaving me a voicemail, again, 5-MONTHS LATER, that the billing department was reviewing my payment history and I owed $25.00. So, they went ahead and charged my card without my authorization and obviously kept it on file after all that time as well. Please, if you're in pain, go see an actual Colorectal Surgeon, a Medical Doctor. Not a Family Nurse Practitioner with Physician oversight that specializes in the Vascular system, and not even colorectal specialties. This entire place will do you the service of doing a biopsy of your wallet with each visit. Stay away!! Want to save $300 and learn what you'll gain from ignoring this review and going anyway? -Eat more fiber - No spicy foods -No nuts, seeds, or popcorn - Use OTC Hemorrhoid Creams - Don't strain or sit too long on the toilet That's literally what you'll be paying $300 to hear if you decide to proceed. They took her first, then I waited 55 minutes just to go back to a room where the med tech took vitals and reviewed my medications. Then I was left in the room for another 20 minutes. I began to wonder if the staff had gone to lunch and just forgotten me. The PA finally came in and was pleasant enough but kept yawning throughout our conversation - great, big yawns, as though she had been up for days. It seemed very unprofessional. The handouts they gave me had spelling and grammatical errors. The person who checked me out was nice. Overall, the staff is pleasant but it just seems like a poorly-run office with a lack of attention to detail.

This is relating to Martin Memorial South Emergency room…read moredepartment Dear Mr Lord I was recently in the emergency room at Martin Memorial South. I walked in alone, in severe neck pain after sustaining a fall at home. I did not have my insurance card and was so nervous I couldnt even find my drivers license. Your EXCELLENT staff made sure I understood that providing me with medical care I needed was their first priority. I told them that my husband was on his way with identification and insurance card but they said their immediate concern was easing my pain not getting payment information. Every person I interacted with from the front desk was warm as well as professional. I feel I received excellent and expedient care. My nurse Joey went above and beyond to comfort me. I thanked Dr Morris for his outstanding care and that of his awesome staff as a nice lady entered room with warm blanket. I went there, signed up and they accepted me. On each visit I'd go to the kiosk and select my name and select the insurance info they entered. on my 4th visit they said "we don't take your insurance, you're going to have to pay our of pocket for the previous visits" WTF! So, I was pretty much done with them except 3 weeks later I just wanted a prescription refill while getting a new doctor. Mind you, I live 300 yards from this place. They said no need to stop in we just need to set you up with Zoom call with the doctor for the prescription. I said fine. they said let's do 245pm today. They never sent the Zoom invite and at 2pm I get a text saying I have an IN PERSON visit at 2pm. WTF! I call and they still can't figure out how to send a Zoom invite. (which a 3 year old could do) Then they text me something that's wrong when they were supposed to email it to me. Then on call 3 they say you have to do the Zoom through their portal so I sign up for it and it didn't work. Call 4 they another link and it doesn't work. before call 5 I drive the 300 yards to stop this lunacy and walk into the office, and they tell me not to be upset. I wouldn't be upset if they had the slightest concept of what they were doing. It's no wonder AI is taking everyones jobs. ZOOM is free You literally just have to put in the email of who you want to join. after 5 calls they still couldn't get it done. I have no words for the stupidity
