She hadn't eaten anything in 24 hours and was weak and nauseous however after waiting in the car for an hour and a half (1 PM) I called her on my cell phone which she answered and told me she had not been seen yet, how terrible was that! I called the center to see what was going on and no one responded so I left a number for them to call me, it is now 1210 and no call! So if you need a procedure done Please have your Dr schedule somewhere other then the Stuart Surgery Center at 2096 SE Ocean Blvd , Stuart, Florida! Also an hour and a half plus is a long time to have to sit in your car as only patients are allowed inside! BEWARE

I had a last minute appointment yesterday afternoon and in fact was the last patient to be seen that day. Without fail, absolutely everyone, from the receptionist, staff, all the nurses, Anesthesiologists and performing Surgeon were friendly, understanding and supportive. They took her first, then I waited 55 minutes just to go back to a room where the med tech took vitals and reviewed my medications. Then I was left in the room for another 20 minutes. I began to wonder if the staff had gone to lunch and just forgotten me. The PA finally came in and was pleasant enough but kept yawning throughout our conversation - great, big yawns, as though she had been up for days. It seemed very unprofessional. The handouts they gave me had spelling and grammatical errors. The person who checked me out was nice. Overall, the staff is pleasant but it just seems like a poorly-run office with a lack of attention to detail.

I went there, signed up and they accepted me. On each visit I'd go to the kiosk and select my name and select the insurance info they entered. on my 4th visit they said "we don't take your insurance, you're going to have to pay our of pocket for the previous visits" WTF! So, I was pretty much done with them except 3 weeks later I just wanted a prescription refill while getting a new doctor. Mind you, I live 300 yards from this place. They said no need to stop in we just need to set you up with Zoom call with the doctor for the prescription. I said fine. they said let's do 245pm today. They never sent the Zoom invite and at 2pm I get a text saying I have an IN PERSON visit at 2pm. WTF! I call and they still can't figure out how to send a Zoom invite. (which a 3 year old could do) Then they text me something that's wrong when they were supposed to email it to me. Then on call 3 they say you have to do the Zoom through their portal so I sign up for it and it didn't work. Call 4 they another link and it doesn't work. before call 5 I drive the 300 yards to stop this lunacy and walk into the office, and they tell me not to be upset. I wouldn't be upset if they had the slightest concept of what they were doing. It's no wonder AI is taking everyones jobs. ZOOM is free You literally just have to put in the email of who you want to join. after 5 calls they still couldn't get it done. I have no words for the stupidity

Stayed 24 hours a day for my Mother. The PCT's are lazy, nurse too busy. Whatever happened to bedside manners? We will NEVER return to Cleveland Clinic, Martin South and North again.
