Please do yourself and your family a HUGE favor and I truly mean a HUGE favor, do NOT even begin…read moreany business dealings with Mark Castle, Jaime Castle, or anyone in this company. I paid Mark $51,000 deposit for new Pella Reserve Windows on 10/01/2025. Initially, when they see you as a good target to steal from, Mark and his wife, Jaime seemed courteous, soft spoken, nice, convincing, seemed hard working, called us EVERY day but we have come to know these are all just a MASK to CHEAT and STEAL our money. We are now in March 2026. I have NO Pella Reserve windows as agreed, NO new Provia front door as agreed, NO new Provia storm door as agreed. Every time i asked about the status of my window order, the answer goes like this........Yes Sir, we are working on it, it's a Marathon, not a Race.......or Mark will say Yes, Sir, I will check with Pella and get back to you. ANOTHER MONTH goes by and Finally, I called Pella Windows DIRECTLY and found out my order was cancelled in January 2026 and NO Deposit was ever made by Mark Castle to Pella to even begin making the custome windows. I am now beginning a law suit against Mark Castle, his Wife, and his / her/ their Castle Craft Window Service Company.

They quickly removed all of our contents and put them outside to dry, which most everything was salvage. Kevin was very good at communicating every step of the way, and described everything in detail about what they were doing and why. He came in to check the moisture and how the dehumidifiers were doing almost everyday until it was dry. They even went out of their way to get rid of a piano that had been sitting for about a year and had nothing to do with the . I feel like they really went out of their way to make this a smooth overall process. On top of being super kind, I'm just so grateful we went with Blue Wave. Would highly recommend.
