Despite the lack of an appointment, in only a few minutes the dental assistant (or hygienist, I'm not sure) took me to an examining room, and Dr. Whitley came in a few minutes later. He was very friendly, extremely professional, and quickly put the cap in. As he did, I thought, "I like this guy, and not just personally; he's good! He then sent me off with a few kind words, and I was then told at reception that there would be no charge. But it's not the "no charge" that gets the 5 stars; everything about his office and staff said, "We care about our patients, and we intend to take care of their dental needs." My old dentist out west is part of an "industrial" clinic, with 5 dentists and the feeling that patients are simply insurance cards with wallets.
