I was surprised by the thorough questionnaire I had to complete prior to my first visit, but persevered. In my particular case I required X-ray which I had and then the treatments started. All I can say is "amazing". I felt better after that first visit and then got more better from there (yes, more better). Stuart talked me through the whole process and I now have appointments at least every 3 months if not when I think I need one. Everyone is friendly and helpful and thorough. My family go here and I have recommended Stuart to anyone that will listen. Stuart is not preferred by my insurance company but I don't care. If I didn't have insurance I would still go here.

I have been coming to see Greg to relieve my aching back and neck for many years now. The great…read morething about Greg is that he keeps learning and has developed a really good chiropractic system that works exceptionally well. Instead of just jumping in and crunching your back, he will start by releasing the muscle tension around the area so that the spine doesn't go straight back out of alignment again. The Clinic is located in what used to be a State Bank building. It isn't the slickest looking place but that is probably a good thing as in my experience the slicker something looks the less time and energy is spent on the clients. One of my favourite receptionists, Pauline always greets me with a smile and a chat and is very efficient. Last year Greg trained up an enthusiastic young chiropractor, Adam, and he has been a great protege. These days I probably see Adam more often than Greg and he is every bit as good as his mentor. So whoever you end up seeing here, you can't go wrong.

(sad grimacing in pain face) Ooohh....ohhh...yesss!! You got me there! That's a hole in one! Haha! I'm loose and Happy! So, I'm guilty....I accidentally injured my back...as you can see from my stumbling entrance through your red door. Dr. Craig has seen me many times before so he knew how I did it too, and knew exactly how to fix it back all into place. Dr. Craig knows EXACTLY how to fix all your back, neck, joints and posture problems (everyone - this guy is fixes your back with the snap of his fingers, literally, I'm not even joking). Honestly, this is the most effective, quickest, and intelligent chiropractor I have ever met. It's been over 6 weeks since I last saw him and I'm still enjoying a much more flexible and injury-free back! The room always has the right temperature, comfortable, and you get a free smile, and a good laugh from both the receptionist and the chiropractor himself. Another thing I love about this place is that if you are running low on credit or cash, they can bill you for later. But make sure you can pay them when they post the delayed bill out to you, though. (Really? Only $29 for 5 minutes of treatment? Note: if you're willing to pay for it, it's cheaper for those that having private medical cover!) ...And they offer massages in the other rooms...maybe if they had one or two more new hot-looking massage therapists I would make this my new hobby! Dr. Craig is so cool to his regulars that we even talk about what we like to do outside of work, as I tell him all about my love for sports and injuring my back every few months....thus giving him a job to do...cause he's not complaining! I don't think I've met any other "allied health" clinic that makes me feel as comfortable and open as I do here. Ever since the day I first came here, I have made appointments here a regular thing. So, what are you waiting for? Get out of your computer chair, make a call, because your body needs it. I dare any nearby yelpers to recommend a better place for chiropractic treatment. If so, please let me know, as I suffer from frequent back injuries. Thanks :)

As well as chiropractic care he offers advice on exercises you can do at home to maintain your back. He is an expert on exercise and how to stay healthy. He's helped me a lot. I had been suffering from intense back pain on and off for months, to the point where it became difficult to stand upright for longer than 15 seconds. So I booked an appointment at this clinic without thinking much as I was desperate for something, anything to relieve the pain that was making my life miserable. I was seriously worried that it would never heal and that i'd have to get one of those scooters to get around. I had been layed up for almost 7 days before visiting Dr. McAllister, with cold/hot packs & over the counter pain relief recommended by my GP but barely working. After a quick consult, a suss of my xrays, and a few short questions, Dr. McAllister gave me a treatment that had me walking normally by the afternoon and my pain alleviated to about 10% of what it originally was. By the second day the pain is minimal and feels like it is healing incredibly fast. If I weren't such an advocate for science, I would suspect that his skills are magical in nature. His bedside manner is immaculate, as he explains everything he is doing in fine detail yet easily understandable in lay terms. He's just a down to earth and great guy. He even stated that he only wanted to see me again for treatment 2 or 3 times maximum. So if you want a trustworthy Chiropractor in Port Adelaide who has been practicing for over 40 years then put your spine in the hands of this guy. You will not be disappointed.

I see Cassie, who is nothing short of amazing, but I am assured that all of the health professionals working at Flex are more than competent. I think the key to this place is that they focus on rehabilitative care - they don't want to go on seeing you indefinately just so they can squeeze all the coin out of your pockets. They combine traditional physiotherapy and clinical pilates with deep tissue massage and even some acupuncture to speed the whole process up (only if you're open to it of course). It's this combination of tools employed that has been so successful for me and I can't recommend them enough!
