When they billed my insurance they refused to bill it as preventative care because we discussed another topic. he was very deceitful in the way he asked about other things to allow him to bill for additional services and screw me out of hundreds of dollars because it was not fully covered by insurance.

For 3 years, I flew across the country for appointments because I felt I was getting the personalize care, I had become accustomed to as a patient at CCF when I lived in the state. Finally, I moved back to the state because of the CCF and the treatment that my husband required for his rare cancer diagnosis. The staff at this facility are very friendly, very efficient, and very compassionate. I wouldn't take my child to any other urgent care. Even when they're really busy, you don't wait very long to be seen -- such a relief when you have a sick child. The physician that we saw on Sunday was Dr. Nancy Rodway. She was one of the most thorough and personable doctors I've ever dealt with -- and I work with physicians on a daily basis and have for over ten years. Dr. Rodway could not have been better. She even let my son play with her iphone while she looked in his ears. She didn't even mind when he was opening her email and pushing all kinds of buttons. A nicer lady you will not find. The facility itself is new, very clean, and they seem to use the latest technology. I'm glad and lucky to have such a nice facility near my home.

Well today I had to leave work early since my knee kept buckling on me causing me to yell in pain. I will not be coming back here they didn't do much to see what was wrong.
