We are giving 2 stars because this was a very important part of our wedding day, and those photos never happened. We had clearly communicated ahead of time that we wanted photos at UT Austin since it's where my wife and I met. We provided detailed parking information, and she mentioned that she had previously taken photos at the university, so we did not anticipate any issues. Unfortunately, she did not arrive at the university in time, and those photos never happened. It was especially disappointing because we even saw another bride and groom meeting their photographer who arrived as planned. Those pictures were meaningful to us, and there was no way to recreate that moment with everyone. It also put a damper on the day because the rest of our wedding party arrived on time and were ready for photos. It was awkward having everyone gathered and waiting without a photographer there, especially after we had planned so carefully around that location.She did offer to stay an extra hour for the after-party and to schedule another session on a different day. We appreciate her effort to make it right; however, after-party coverage wasn't something we had planned or prioritized, and it didn't replace the significance of the UT Austin photos. Rescheduling would have required another trip and redoing hair and makeup, and we were leaving immediately afterward for our honeymoon, making it unrealistic. Overall, while the final images were solid, missing such an important and clearly communicated location was very disappointing and took away from what should have been a seamless part of our wedding day.

I liked working with Jessica, because she is up front on her pricing model. I had several photographers quote a base service fee and then misleadingly share that products including digital files would be an additional hundreds of dollars. This was not the case with Jessica as her fee covers downloading the digital gallery. On the day of, we arrived at her studio and easily found parking on the street. There is a tiny parking lot in her building but there was street parking available. She had set the heat on a cold day and even started playing baby music on her Alexa for our son. The shoot was efficient and she made our son laugh several times. We received the edited photos within a week and they were adorable. We've gotten a lot of compliments on them already!
