And seems like tools and procedures keep on evolving and getting better. Dr Taylor and staff truly care and form professional relationships with their patients. I came to them with an emergency when no other office was available back in 2008 and as far as dental care has been the best choice I've made. I cannot recommend this establishment strongly enough. And on top of that Dr Taylor has been flexible to work with me on payments on the rare occasion that I have a good amount of expense. With a clinic that cares and truly enjoys what they do. The report amongst the workers is fun to watch.

I have been searching for a dental office that is dedicated to true patient care ever since my…read moredentist retired. I saw Dr. Russell recommended several times on a neighborhood app. From the front desk staff, to the dental assistant to the dental hygienist, everyone was amazing. They were kind, welcoming, patient & great at communicating their care throughout the process. They were concerned with my comfort and focused on limiting my pain. I was initially disappointed that Dr. Russell was not the dentist I was seeing but Dr. Reynolds was simply wonderful. He explained my treatment plan and how they collaborated with specialists to design my care plan. He even broke down how to best target brushing and flossing to optimize the best results. He was even abreast of how inflammation and chronic conditions affect dental health and showed genuine concern with my care. He did not rush out of the room and he made sure all of my questions were answered. I highly recommend this office.

The front desk staff was really friendly from scheduling my appointment to checking me in. Sometimes medical receptionists aren't the friendliest, hey I get it it, must be a hectic job, but that is not the case here! My hygienist was friendly and made me feel comfortable. They used this fancy water pressure thing to clean my teeth and get under the gums a bit instead of sitting there scrapping the whole time. This is a step up from the old way of doing things. After Dr Henderson gave her opinion on what to do about my teeth issue, well technically gum issue, Dr Temple came in to consult as well. He was a really friendly guy and was up front and honest with what his opinion was about how to proceed. More of a we will keep an eye on it than run to the specialist right now and drop $3,000 (literally) on the procedure. They were also clear with me about an antibiotic they could use not being covered by insurance and if I still wanted to do it. Knowing I had the option instead of just getting the bill in the mail is always appreciated. So after I met Dr Katelyn socially, my husband and I moved our dental care to her. He particularly liked how in the first-time-patient visit, she did the whole exam rather than leave it all to the dental assistant, and explained what she was doing throughout. I was glad too that she used an ultrasonic cleaner to do what is in my experience done with a metal pick and scraper. It made for a very gentle exam. While I'm still a new patient here, in two visits I've been impressed. I chose this office because…read morethey accepted my insurance plan and because I saw several positive reviews about the dental care provided here. I reached out online to book my first appointment, and the response back was quick. It did take a few months to find a free spot on their appointment calendar, mind you. The office is located along the eastern side of Lewisville Clemmons Road, just north of its intersection with Peace Haven. The office faces the street, and there's a handful of parking spots out front with more available along the other buildings in this complex. The office isn't expansive but there are several dental care stations inside. Dr. Hewitt is the dentist that's been attending to my needs, and there are several hygienists and providers working in this small space. The waiting room up front is compact but not uncomfortable. Front desk staff have always been prompt and kind. They seem to excel in managing the flow of patients and data. Again, while I've only been to the office twice so far, the experiences I've had were positive and polished. If what I've seen is true to form, then this is a well executed operation.
