This is a post from my Facebook page. Time for truth: I went dress shopping Friday night at one of the mall department stores and it was a nightmare. I was horrified at how the dresses I tried on looked and humiliated that I was going to be seen at my sons wedding wearing the equivalent of a bag. No one helped me at all. I thought about it A LOT this weekend and called David's Bridal yesterday and asked a bunch of questions. The girl (Anna) was so kind and encouraging and suggested I look on their website and set up an acct and save some of my favorites to it. I did that then made an appt today to see what they had. To make a long story short (ok, short for me) I set a budget, told them what I did and did not like, listened to suggestions and 2 hours later I walked out with my complete wedding outfit-from foundations to shoes and earrings (dress is ordered and will have to be tweaked when it gets here). I believe I found the perfect one for me! My experience with David's Bridal has been nothing short of AMAZING! I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this store. I went in the first time for my appointment and probably ran through at least 10 dresses before I found what I thought was THE ONE. We were having issues finding a dress for my matron of honor, and my consultant Ashlyn went above and beyond to find her a dress online. I shipped in reasonable time, and when we went in to get her fitted for her dress, I really DID find THE ONE. Ashlyn once again went above and beyond to help me with my new dress, getting me fitted that day as well. She has me ready, from my head to toes, even with my jewelry. When you go into David's, PLEASE PLEASE, ask for Ashlyn!! You will NOT be disappointed! I've also ordered my mother's pant suit online from David's, and it came in quick time and looks fabulous! On July 23rd I went to David's Bridal located in Jonesboro, AR to search for my wedding dress. As I entered the store I was greeted with friendly faces and treated with the upmost courtesy. I was assigned to stylist Ashlyn Davidson (#700-1302). She was very professional, cheerful, knowledgeable and kind. I couldn't have been happier with my experience at David's Bridal. I said YES to a dress that I would've never selected by looking at it on the hanger but my stylist asked me to try it on and when I did I was absolutely amazed at how it looked. She simply put a belt with it and I was in love. My bridal party including my mother, the groom's mother and my step mother all LOVED it! My mother even cried. All in all David's Bridal is the best and as for my stylist, Ashlyn Davidson, I couldn't have hand selected one better. She made my experience one I will never forget!!! read more

Kiarra helped me and she was AWESOME! We went to Jessica's before and I was super nervous because I am larger person and they were really busy and kinda left us to be but Kiarra was there every step of the way and made me feel really comfortable. She was quick, polite, and made me so happy. And I'm having to pay for the wedding on my own because both of my parents have passed away and she made sure I got a good deal and let me know about several payment options. She gets my highest praise and you should give that girl a raise! Also, a manager named India checked on me several times to make sure I was doing good and I really appreciated that as well. So I hope they get to read this and the big wigs tell them how awesome they are! Thank you for making my day that much more special! read more

Sonya McClure. I HAVE TO SAY, that when my daughter, Lauren, walked in to David's Bridal, It was the very first time that we had EVER BEEN IN A BRIDAL SHOP. We were immediately greeted by ANNA and ANNA. Not far behind, was KIARRA.. They were super sweet and were so AMAZING THROUGH THIS WHOLE SPECIAL OCCASION. These wonderful women showed us four stunning dresses and would have shown us every dress in the store, but because of their expertise, and just plain sweetness and caring my first born child found her DREAM DRESS after JUST four dresses. I am getting married in July. I, like every other bride, want everything to go smoothly. I planned to get my wedding dress in 1 day. I was determined. I started out at a dress shop that was 2 hours away from my house and the lady ended up being VERY rude so I left and drove another hour and a half to Davids Bridal where I was blessed with meeting Tina Green. I could see as soon as she spoke to me that she was willing to do anything in her power to help me find THE dress. Tina was so kind and actually cared and gave me an honest opinion in the most sincere way. She helped me make my wedding planning so much easier and together, we found THE dress in 1 day. Davids Bridal Is the only bridal store to find your dream dress! My bridal experience was beyond amazing. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with friendly and excited faces! They made it seem like they had known me for years. I came in with a vision of how I wanted to look on my wedding day and they gave me exactly what I was looking for plus some! They treated my family with nothing but kindness and I walked out feeling a sigh of relief after finding the dress of my dreams. Went with my cousin to get her wedding dress at david's bridal after having two very bad experiencs at other boutiques. We were so thankful for how they jumped in and helped with everything every step of the way. Bri was our stylist and she was so sweet and fun. She made us so comfortable and really listened to my cousin, who was very undecided on anything she wanted in a dress. Andrea assisted as well and helped make the experience memorable. They cried right along with us as she said "yes" to her beautiful dress. The prices were affordable and when you purchase a wedding dress they give you a ton of discounts on a long list of things from invitations to bridesmaids dresses. We will be returning soon for our bridesmaids dresses!! read more

I would like to express our gratidue to Mrs Tina , 3-19-16 1:00pm .. she is just awesome .. she worked very hard on helping my daughter find her dress and SHE Did .. She was very helpful and knew EXCATLY what the Bride needed to make the dress pop . From the val to the headband ,showed her how it would look with hair up or down and more .. .Tina made it about the bride and the bride only like it should be , if any of us said "I LIKE" TINA was quick to say WHAT DO YOU LIKE YOUR THE BRIDE . she was patient , kind ,friendly,polite how I could just go on . I went to find my wedding dress on 8/27, along to search for my bridesmaid dresses. Kristen was fully prepared for my crew when we arrived. She had my dress list I had made online printed off, she researched my style, and did a wonderful job of comforting my nerves. Never did she make me feel pressured and she made sure at all times I was comfortable. She made sure that my choices were MY choices are not the choices of my bridesmaids or anyone else with me. She helped me to find THE dress for my special day and made saying yes to the dress a piece of cake. David's Bridal is incredibly blessed to have an asset such as her. I really enjoyed my time at David's Bridal looking for my wedding dress. The lady helping me, Allie, was really key to me finding my dress. I went in without an appointment one Saturday and Allie was assigned too me. I didn't know anything that I liked about a dress or anything that I wanted. We tried on a few dresses and after not finding the one we made an appointment for the next Saturday. Allie pulled a few dresses for me, along with my mother, and I put on a dress and absolutely loved it, while my mother hated it,but Allie made sure that I got the dress I wanted even if everyone else didn't love it. I went shopping for my wedding dress here on September 4th with my mother, soon to be mother in law, and maid of honor. My stylist was Alexis, and she could not have been a more perfect match for me! She was AWESOME. The dress that I actually ended up buying was one that she had picked out based on what I loved and didn't love about the ones I had picked and were trying on. She matched my vail perfectly. She found the cutest belt that matches my wedding to be altered onto my dress. She was so focused on me and what I wanted. She helped me out SO much and the best part was she actually seemed to enjoy what she was doing which made it a much more pleasant experience. My daughter (who is not a shopper!) was on a quest for the perfect prom dress in the least amount of time and effort possible. Bryanna Irvin immediately took Hannah under her professional wing making her feel welcome and at ease. (Some shops can be very stuffy but not this one!) With the help of Leslie Ingram-Bishop they found the perfect style. They also noted that it came in a beautiful red! However, red wasn't in stock. Bryanna and Leslie immediately started to call other stores across the nation and helped Hannah get her perfect dress! This is customer service at it's very best! I went to this David's Bridal around March of this year with a friend who was getting married. They had a large selection of dresses, shoes, and jewelry of all sorts and they were all so very pretty. Felicia Snow was the employee who was helping my friend get her dressed hemmed and fitted. Felicia did a great job on the dress by adding hooks along the train so it could be tucked up. My friend looked so beautiful on her wedding day. I would recommend this store to anyone getting married or needing a pretty formal dress of any sort. I will definitely go here to shop if I ever decide to get married myself one day. :) read more

Felicia is a wonderful talented young woman whom helped me with my dress alterations. She made me feel completely comfortable and confident that everything was going to turn out perfect with my dress. I myself have horrible luck in my life, if it can go wrong it will. Amazing staff to assist you. Tina is awesome. Told her what I did and didn't want, came up with the perfect dress 1st time. I did try on others afterwards, but I knew immediately the 1st one I tried on was the one. I highly recommend this store and their staff, especially Tina, to anyone looking for anything for a wedding, party, homecoming, or prom. It was a very smooth, quick, and easy shopping trip. Within an hour or so, I had my perfect wedding dress, bridesmaid dresses, headpiece, and restoration purchased and was walking out of the door. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! read more

My daughter and I went bridal gown shopping. Our shopping assistant Alexis was superb. She was very interested in my daughter's needs. She listened to her interests and changed the styles as she tried each dress on. She was very enthusiastic about funding the perfect dress for her. You could not ask for a better person to assist you. As she helped my daughter I could hear their giggling as friends having a blast finding the perfect one. My sister, mother, and myself went to David's Bridal this past Saturday to find a dress for my brother's wedding. The staff was amazing. Our stylist, Anna, was beyond a delight. She made our day so enjoyable and did a wonderful job in listening to what we wanted. We had no idea in which direction to go with our dresses, but Anna listened to our likes and dislikes and was able to find all three of us a dress. I got married on May 22, 2015 and I probably first started shopping for a dress at maybe the middle of April in 2015. Before going into David's Bridal store, I was nervous that they would not take me seriously because of my budget and timing. That was not the case at all! My stylist Bryanna was fantastic! With the help of her and the store manager, Leslie ( I think), we had a dressed picked out and ordered after around an hour. Other staff members that were also very helpful were Felicia and Shelley!
