I needed to get my estate plan created to help create a plan for my family when my husband and I are no longer here. We created an irrevocable trust based on Michael's recommendation. He was so helpful and insightful. He explained to us that the irrevocable trust will help us qualify for Medicaid in the future if we need home care or need to go to a nursing home even though we have too many assets to otherwise qualify. Since we created the trust Davidov Law has been in touch with us, sending us their letters and updating on new information. Delays as a result of there office' constant staff turnover. Necessary to constantly start case from the beginning.Did not respond in a timely manner. Threaten a procedure that was inappropriate for size of estate. Summary of estate was incomplete at best. Gave advise that was questionable. Had to terminate due to the above and other issues. Final bill was outrageous considering that the estate could have been settled in half the time. read more
