Second time - I brought in a bracelet that was a gift, and the cap fell off. Now, I must say that I was half expecting them to tell me that it was fake and that is the reason it fell off, but they said no.. it was a real DY but sometimes this can happens they can be defective. They can fix it for $105. Ok.. weird that they would tell me that and then tell me that I have to pay. Fine. It will take 6 - 8 weeks. So, I must say it came back like NEW. I enjoy making big purchases in cities I visit because the memory stays with me. Service started well with a female associate. She showed interest and answered questions. A handoff happened when she left for the day. A male associate stepped in and the entire experience changed. Questions about colors, cable sizes, and other designs received short and dismissive replies. Some questions received no reply until I repeated myself. Tone suggested annoyance. Engagement stayed low. No effort to understand my preferences. No effort to guide me through options. A sale was ready. I planned to buy a David Yurman piece during this trip. The treatment pushed me to walk out instead. A shocked expression appeared on his face when I said I was no longer buying. I will purchase in Houston where service has been professional in the past. I have been looking at a particular ring that David Yurman makes and just so happened to notice this store while on vacation in Orlando. I was able to see the ring in person on a Friday afternoon and wanted it. Donna was my salesperson and said in my size she could get it delivered to my house the following Wednesday, however I was gonna be in the Bahamas and was leaving Sunday morning. She proceeded to order and overnight the ring in the size we thought I needed, so it would be here Saturday around noon. Donna, using her super sense, ordered a second ring 0.5 size larger. When I came in Saturday she explained this to me and thank god she did as the larger size was what I needed. Not sure how many only people would have done that and I will be forever grateful. I was staying in Orlando for a work event and decided to go shopping on the way back home. Since I was traveling i decided to wear comfortable athletic clothing. I saw that this mall happened to have a David Yurman. I was excited because I had been wanting a specific ring but did not want to order online. The lady I was "greeted" by was extremely rude and unwelcoming. I guess I did not look the part to be shopping at David Yurman that day. She had a very bored and miserable expression the entire time. I told her I was looking for a specific ring but I could not remember the exact name so I tried pulling it up on their website. As I am looking for .5 seconds the woman agitatedly says "eh are you finding it on your phone?!" And I said yes and showed her a picture. The woman says nothing, turns around and starts walking away. I assume I just follow her. When she arrives at the display that had the ring she says "do you even know what size you are?" I said yes and told her my size. They did not have my size in the ring I wanted. I had a second ring option in mind so I showed the lady and she does not say anything and pulls the ring and lets me try it on. I told her I liked it and I wanted to buy the ring. The woman looks at me and says "are you sure?". Again, her demeanor and tone very rude. I responded with yes I'm sure and she walked to the counter with my ring. She rings me up (without packing my ring or anything) and just stares me. I put my card in and the lady just looks at her screen and my face back and forth over and over as if she didn't think my card would go through. When it did she looks up and says let me go box this up and walks to the back. When she comes back she just hands me the little bag and says nothing. I told her thank you and left the store. I was in this store probably a total of 10 minutes at most. I am a very non-confrontational person. I was never rude or anything to this lady. My experience was so uncomfortable. I really like the styles of Yurman, but I'm really disappointed at my experience with the quality of the ring and getting a repair done. My silver and black diamond wedding ring lost a stone (side note: same thing happened to my husband's ring, so makes me question the quality of the stones' settings). Anyway, he lost a stone, took it in, and was told $65 for stone replacement and polishing. About 2-3 weeks later he had his ring back. Not me. Same issue happened: dropped it off and was told I'd get a call within a week with an estimate. Called me in 7 days and said "$375". WHHHAAT?! "Please hold ..." After about ten mins on hold was told that that price is for a replacement. "Please hold again for cost of just stone replacement ..." Another five minutes later was told they'd have to call me back on Monday. Monday: no joy. I was away on a biz trip so didn't think about it til Friday. Called on Monday morning (today) and -- after a series of phone tags -- talked to Jen. "It'll be $85 and you'll get it in about 4-6 weeks." WHOAH. I've already chewed through 3 weeks just waiting for an estimate; now we're talking another month (and an increase in the same repair value of about 25%?). Stuff happens and I get it. But for this store -- and this ring isn't my only David Yurman piece -- this is extremely disappointing. I caution you that -- if you buy a product here -- that you hope it's set well and heaven forbid you have to have a repair done, as you won't have your jewelry for quite a while (and for a wedding ring that you wear daily that pretty much sucks to not have it over your birthday, Thanksgiving, Christians, and most likely, New Years. read more

When you purchase a ring at this price point, you expect excellent service. My daughter wanted a Petite Albion ring. We went in and viewed several stones. She choose the morganite. We were told that the ring was discontinued; they didn't have her size in stock. We could buy a larger ring, and they would send it to be resized. The salesman told her it would be several weeks, but he would call to put a rush on it. It was 1/5/2019. My husband picked up the ring when it came in on 1/28/2019 as he works close to the mall. When she opened the ring, it was an onyx. After 2 weeks we did get the correct ring. They told my daughter she owed $80. They eventually gave her the ring at no charge. I never received a note or call explaining or apologizing for the mistake. They acted like it was normal. I will NEVER spend any more money on a David Yurman product. Their customer service is nonexistent. There are numerous other upscale jewelry stores at Millenia that treat their customers with respect. I would have given no stars if it let me. read more
