Over the years Ive browsed and shopped and its always been an enjoyable experience. Someone gave me a $50 gift card almost ten years ago and since there is literally nothing in the store for $50, I finally buckled down and made another Yurman purchase on my own Ive been wanting a pinky ring and went into their temporary location next to Neimans. They have moved back to their original location at the center of the mall. I tried on at least four different styles before settling on the one I purchased. At no time did I feel pressured about making a decision or purchase. They had to order the ring in my size and once it arrived, they emailed and called me. Went to the store to exchange my wife's bracelet for another size. We stood there 8-10 minutes without a greeting or even a "someone will be with you shortly." The super nice security guard finally came up to us and apologized and said that someone would be right with us. A few minutes later he came back to apologize again then someone helped. I read the reviews after the fact, and see that this has been happening for years. I will never go back to this location ever again. This store needs a major reset. read more

The 14mm sculpted Cable bracelet has been on my wishlist for the summer time, i thought it would be paired well with my Tiffany lock & Cartier love bracelet. In a Span of 2 weeks, I have visited the store & each time I was ignored, nobody greeted me, & nobody even bothered to see if I needed help. Even though I knew what I wanted. Today was the last straw for me, for this to be luxury. The customer service is terrible, I have received better customer service from H & M. I called the store to complain however the key holder on the phone was extremely nonchalant & didn't even bother to apologize. The experience at David Yurman in Lenox Square Mall has completely turned me against the brand. Save your time everyone just go to Cartier, Tiffany or even purchase your products online. Alexandra was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. She was so excited for my proposal and provided excellent recommendations for the ring. During the fitting process, the ring wasn't quite the right size when returned, BUT Alexandra worked diligently to ensure it was sent out, sized correctly and returned with a two week turnaround time just in time for the engagement photo shoot . She stayed engaged and kept me up to date. The ring fits perfectly and the smile on my fiancé's face makes it completely worth it. My experience with this store was great from start to finish. I came in with a friend and was helped by Esther in finding an engagement ring for my partner. We found a few options and I went home to think about them, while getting his ring size. I kept in contact with Esther via email. She responded timely and sent pictures of anything I asked her about via the website. I came in, made my purchase with ease and proposed. We both returned today because my partners ring was a bit too big. With Esther's help we upgraded a bit and found a nicer set of rings that we liked that fit both of our personalities. We are extremely happy with our rings and the customer service at DY. I would definitely come back for ring upgrades, and general jewelry purchases because of Esther. read more

I don't visit Lenox often, but decided to visit after work on 08/27/2015 with the sole purpose of visiting David Yurman. I walked in and was promptly greeted by Lina Shu (I hope I spelled that correctly). Through small talk mentioned I was on a budget and what I wanted. Lina is very knowledgable, and with just a word or two description, she was pulling the exAct piece out of the drawer. I purchased two bracelets that night, left a satisfied customer. When I got home and pulled up Safari on my phone, I realized I never looked at the piece that caused the Yurman adventure. I went back the next night and quickly purchased that piece from Lee. Nice guy, and as with Lina, I was greeted by him with a warm smile. Got home and realized, the piece was not as nice in person , so visited again the next day. With the assistance of Lina again, I was able to exchange the one piece, and add two pieces to put together 4 bracelets that wear well together or as individual pieces. Honestly, David Yurman is like an adult amusement park, if you went into this beautiful place, with all the beautiful items and all the beautiful people and had a bad experience, then you had to go in there with a crappy attitude! If you're in the market for great customer service and great jewelry, visit David Yurman. If you have the chance, ask specifically for Lina or Lee. Not saying the rest of the staff falls short, just giving you the run down on the great people I had the opportunity to work with. read more

I was at DY last night and tried on a gorgeous ring, but I accidently left the one that I had been wearing on the counter. I was a little bit upset when I got home and discovered this. Problem was that I live over 2 hours away from Atlanta. I called this morning and explained what happened, they have my ring and are shipping it to me tomorrow. I cannot say enough good things about the customer service, from when I was in the shop to when Chip was getting my address to mail me my ring. So grateful! Worst experience ever!!! (The Assistant Store Manager 's name is Ashley) I purchased a thousand dollar gold bracelet a week before Christmas, the clasp to difficult to use, so -I exchanged it for an upgrade, a very pretty 18K gold bracelet with diamond hook clasp. I was talked into spending a few hundred dollars more, but what the heck, it's the holidays and it's pretty. First wearing...the gold is so soft it bends completely out of shape the hook is VERY hard to use, so you have to bend it to put it on and take it off. This is disappointing, I don't want to return it, but it will break in two pieces with much more wear. The gold is so soft and hook so hard, it is doomed. I am ready to give up on DY jewelry. I shop online from their website, I find a heavier sterling silver, diamond and gold bracelet to exchange it for... go to store, I am told by the Ashley that I ruined the bracelet, she tells me they "cannot resell it in this condition" Who wants it? I wonder. Why would they resell this product? She tells me that I will be charged $65.00 deducted from my new purchase. I don't have to buy anything at all from them, is she insane? As I look at her in shock, she tells me "I will call the buyer from the back office", returns 10 minutes later. She was not able to reach the buyer (that is funny) but SHE will do me a favor and take it back and sell me the new bracelet for a few thousand dollars. I shop at many different stores, I almost always have great experiences, I expect that when purchasing luxury items, that it will be a fun experience and the retailers will be honest and polite. This women was disrespectful to me and wisdom tells me that I am not the only customer that receives this type of treatment. I highly recommend you do not shop at the David Yurman store in Lennox Mall in Atlanta GA. There are plenty of DY stores/dealers elsewhere , if you must have at all. DY is classic but overpriced. Who pays hundreds of dollars for sterling silver and non-precious stones? But that being said, if DY is your thing (and I must admit.. its slightly my thing) this is a good place to go. They have all the basics for the rookies (the cookie earrings, the basic petite albion rings, all the enhancers) but also has all the extravagant things for those of the thick walleted. Has a bigger selection of jewelry than Neiman Marcus which is located on the same wing and the sales associates are more knowledgeable on the product plus they will clean your jewelry while you are looking around. If you have the right sales associate (I recommend Kristin) there is no pressure to buy on your first visit. If you havent heard of DY before you should definitely stop by the store and see if you believe in the hype. I am a believer. read more

Very simple, yet elegant store with friendly staff. This is the most I've spent on a piece of jewelry. They could tell, but were very patient with me. I ended up with the large meteorite dog tag + Ti chain. I've had it for a couple days and have already received a bunch of compliments. They had to order it from NYC and it got here in time even factoring in snowpocalypse. I could see myself getting a wedding ring here. There's nothing in the consumer space that compares in my opinion unless you go custom. Oh, and the all black auto chronograph with black diamond bezel is probably the nicest watch I've seen in the flesh. One day! read more

Buy online or go out of your way to another DY just to avoid this store. I went in today to simply exchange a ring my husband bought me for my birthday. Upon arrival a suited middle eastern gentleman greeted me and asked how he could help. I presented him with my ring in the box in which it came in, the original wrapping and receipt. All I needed was a different size. He took the ring out of the box and I explained I needed to exchange the ring for a quarter or possible half size larger. He looked at the ring after I put it on my finger with my engagement band and he said "why would you pair a right hand ring with your engagement ring, you need to shop the wedding collection." I told him I wasn't interested in shopping the wedding collection, that I liked the cross over ring and he then proceeded to tell me they couldn't "just exchange the ring because I have large knuckles." WHAT!!!? Who said anything about knuckles?? After insulting me, he then told me the ring was "too worn" to be returned and they would have to send it off for 3 weeks to be sized. Yet the ring has never even been worn. Who is this guy? And how does this jerk have a job at a store like DY!? I can PROMISE you I will NEVER step foot back into this store and neither will anyone I know. Paying the prices you pay at a store like this you would think they could at least hire people with class and couth but clearly they're lacking in that department. Do yourself a favor and head over to Saks and shop for whatever DY pieces you need because the lack of customer service at this place is disgusting. read more

My wife is a David Yurman fan so of course when I was looking at engagement rings last year I went to the Atlanta store to check out their rings. I had earlier seen one ring at their Chicago store that had caught my eye. So when I met with the store manager - Esther she was able to not only figure out which ring I had seen (it had been several months) but also have the ring shipped down for me to take a look at. She was super helpful (and patient!) and gave me great guidance on choosing the perfect engagement ring. She and her staff made the whole process easy. What a great experience! My wife was more than blown away and ecstatic when she saw the ring! It was truly a gorgeous piece. Both Esther and Lina there followed up to make sure the proposal went well - who does that these days?? Since then, they have been so helpful with other gift suggestions for both of us. My 2 year old watch needed battery and movement repair. There is only a 1 year warranty on all David Yurman watches. They then all need to be sent to NYC for repair which I was told would take 3 months! After grasping that ridiculous amount of time, I called after 3 months to check on the repair. First I was told that the watch was already picked up! Then a call back said that was an error, that the watch was still waiting after 3 months for the part to come in, and they were sorry no one had called me! I then spoke to the store manager who apologized, but still didn't really know when my watch would be back. This is disgraceful customer service, and warn all potential David Yurman buyers, beware of poor warranties, and disgraceful repair service on very expensive jewelry! read more

I went into this store because I had received a David Yurman ring as a gift. I needed to have it resized. It was a size 11 and I needed a size 8. The lady who helped me was not personable at all and she acted like I was wasting her time. She said that they would have to send the ring out and even then they may not be able to resize the ring because of the size decrease. She said it would take 4 weeks or more to get the ring back. She should have just said that they did not have time for me. She also appraised the ring just by looking at it and it was much lower from what I looked up on line. After I was so discouraged with her actions towards me, I really wanted to wear my beautiful ring asap. I went to a small mom and pop jewelry store with high reviews and they were able to resize in 1 day and when I picked it up, I could not tell where he took some off the band. It is beautiful and I'm able to wear it now. The woman at your David Yurman shop in that mall needs some etiquette lessons. I do not remember her name. read more

Buyer beware. We've bought several pieces of jewelry from the David Yurman store in Lenox Mall. I've always loved the look of their jewelry and they do have beautiful pieces. But beware of the customer service is you ever need help. After only a year and minimal wear the clasp on one of my bracelets broke. After being told I should have to pay for it they also are telling me it will take between 8 - 10 weeks to fix. The quality on the clasp was never good and the fact that we have to wait almost three months for them to fix a clasp is unacceptable. It's the last $900 bracelet we will buy from them. read more
