I want to share that this surgery was a personal and deeply emotional experience for me- to have my…read morebreast implants removed. I wore breast implants inside my tiny chest wall - all together- for over 27 years. I am a small woman- weighing around 135 at 5'6" so that was a large task to ask of my body. My first set of implants at age 20- were 400cc saline- which turned into grapefruit looking objects after a couple of years- over the muscle. Total capsule with ripples and so forth. I had a replacement surgery to see if I could look more natural- 600cc smooth silicone under the muscle- in 2013. That surgery was 6 hours long and extremely painful/rough recovery. My right breast started to shift and change after about 2 years. I found out with this removal that the right implant was actually folded creating some deformity. So after 2 tries- this was the end of big boob seeking for me- and I pondered getting them out totally. I looked into Drs all over the country- but luckily- I located one very close to home. Dr Thomas Lintner. I went to Dr Lintner for a consult and he told me that I could be a good candidate for just a removal without a lift- and I had not really considered that option until he told me that I should think about it. Can I tell you that I am so glad that I had that chance?! I am recovering now- week #2 from explant under local and I am SO glad that I didn't get a lift. I did not want to have to cut my skin any more than needed for this healing journey. I have already put my body through really trying surgeries over the years and so this was such a relief for me. He was so kind and easy to talk to from start to finish. I am also so grateful for his staff who helped me so much through the whole process. The payment was easy (2G) and much more affordable than the 10G lift that is popular for removal. For now- I am happy to the moon and back. Still healing and learning how to assist my body in the recovery as all of us are different in how we heal- but no issues and all is on the right track. I can say this- not having something heavy (3lbs all in) inside my chest wall is so freeing and I love it. I love my little boobies- They are soft and feel organic and without Dr Lintner- I probably would have been led to get an unnecessary breast lift and lost all my amazing tissue with way more cost and more healing time. Not to mention that a lift requires nipple removal and replacement- Yikes! Now- my nipples are fully intact and they are mine right where God placed them. :) My body is plastic-free for the first time in 27 years and its because I had such a fantastic Dr to help me meet myself, my real organic and perfect boobs with natural skin and all- on the other side. This is what I wanted- all natural- and this is what I have. Woohoo!!!

Dr. Lintner ruined my breasts. I would not recommend anyone go to him for breast augmentation. He…read morechose the wrong implant size, placed the implants incorrectly, and did not properly release the muscle, which resulted in an improperly formed implant pocket.

I went back after just 3 months to address my concerns. Dr. West told me, just give it time and that some people say when the swelling goes down, they liked the look better before. That is not what you want to hear. I then went back 6 months later for before and after pictures. They literally looked the same and again, each month thereafter it got worse. Dr. West called me when he returned back from vacation and asked for me to come in so he could take a look. He didn't like the results from the pictures either. When I went to see him, he said it didn't look as bad as he originally thought, but things happen and he could correct it in his office without anesthesia. This is absolutely something you cannot correct in office. I refused for him to do a revision and requested multiple alternatives. The office ignored my calls. They were very unprofessional. I'm very disappointed of how they treated me as I've been a loyal patient of 20 + years. Please do your research before having a procedure at this office.

Front office staff was laissez faire, and, not a deal breaker for me, but I noticed that no one had read my paperwork or looked at my medical records, despite them being provided for the practice. Ex: being asked "When was your last mammogram" when the mammogram results were already in their system AND were written about on my extensive paperwork that I filled out in the office, was a bit tedious. Also, the dr (and maybe it was just a busy day), was in and out pretty quickly. She was nice, but things felt a bit rushed. I was there to investigate a lump, and she performed the fastest ultrasound I've ever had (and I've had several). I'll stick with it and see how my follow up goes.

What I went through, and how I found the best doctor in my opinion, Dr. Stanley Okoru at Georgia Plastic, changed my life forever. From the very beginning, I knew I was home, and choosing Georgia Plastic was the best decision I ever made. When God led me to Georgia Plastic, I had no idea what to expect, but I had a lot of questions--and I made the call. My first conversation was with Keziah at the front desk. She was sweet, patient, and answered every single question with kindness. I had a lot of questions, but never once felt rushed or felt I was irritating the ladies. Over the years, I spoke with many staff members, but my favorite is Nalleli. We could talk for hours, and she always stayed on the phone with me, listening to my concerns and reassuring me. "Sarah", Dr. O's Physician Assistant, has also been amazing--knowledgeable, patient, and checking on me weekly since surgery. "Christine" the office manager made me feel comfortable and cared for. This office truly felt like family. This was not an overnight process. My BMI was too high, so I went on Ozempic for 2years and lost over 60 pounds. I quit smoking and vaping after 25+ years not just for surgery, but for my health. I completed blood work, medical clearances, and everything required because I knew I wanted a massive life change. I had a few bumps along the way--dates changed, weight fluctuations--but nothing stopped me. When the time finally came, I booked my Airbnb, flight, rental car, and post-op nurse. Walking into the office felt unreal. I was nervous and anxious, but once I met the entire team I had been speaking to for over three years, it felt like a celebration. Meeting Dr. Stanley Okoru at my pre-op appointment was a dream come true. We discussed the procedure, expectations, and care. I knew immediately I was in the right hands. On 10/23/25, surgery day, I arrived early and was cared for by the team and Victoria, RN, until it was time to go under. I don't even remember falling asleep. I woke up with no pain just pressure from the muscle repair. I knew I was safe, I rested at my Airbnb while being cared for my amazing post op nurse Marcella while I was in Georgia! The next day at my post op appointment when my garment came off and I looked in the mirror, I cried. "Is that me?" Damm, Dr. Okoru truly has gifted hands. He kept his promise, he snatched my soul! I stayed in Georgia for 14 days, saw him multiple times, and healed beautifully with no complications. I also received lymphatic massage from "MJ" and the services at "Amachi Med Spa", which were amazing. "Rosa", the social media coordinator, documented my journey just as promised, and I'm extremely grateful. My scar is thin and beautiful. I don't hate it I honor it. It represents how far I've come. I'm 58 years old, and I love who I see in the mirror. Dr. Okoru removed 8 pounds of fat, revealed my shape, and restored my confidence. My husband, family, and my 2 Besties, tiara & Clarice & everyone around me sees the difference. Dr okoru, truly cares about his patients. Dr. Okoru's bedside manner is unmatched. His whole team is amazing. They work together to make every patient feel like they're the only one , I've received weekly follow-up calls since returning home. Georgia Plastic is my family now. Thank you, Dr. Okoru, for giving me "ME" back. He is "100/100" Highly, highly, highly recommend. Love, Jacqueline M. Evans "Your favorite patient"

After booking an another appointment for a revision in October of 2024 , I felt very rushed again…read more The doctor didn't take more than 5 minutes of time to go over the details of my surgery plan. Said a few words & asked if I had any questions... her office manager came in and gave me the quote. Price isn't something that I want to be concerned with as this is an important surgery that needs to be treated sooner than later. I initially asked for the cost of just one side that has capsular contracture. Was quoted $6400, no problem. After I left I was curious about the cost of doing both sides since it's been 5 years. I emailed the office manager Gina. She emailed back saying she would get back to me, things were very hectic because they were in the middle of a move. Three months go by... I never heard anything back. I left a 2 star google review due to not only feeling rushed after the first surgery but every single appointment after that. Another reason for this review is due to the extreme lack of professionalism. When I called back the first week of February 2025 to follow up on the quote of doing both sides (due to being ghosted) I was immediately shut down by the office manager due to my 2 star review... is that how an office professional should lead a conversation? I'll leave that up to the reader to decide. Moving on... the office manager Gina proceeded to tell me that she didn't think Dr. Baron wants to do my surgery because of the review I left... the review was honest about feeling rushed time & time again. Neither the doctor nor the office person reached out regarding that review at any point in time. I explained to Gina, the office manager, that I would be happy to delete the review as well as updating it to a positive review once I met with the surgeon so I could have answers to the questions I had regarding the surgery. She agreed to having me come in to meet with Dr Baron. She even told me that she scheduled me for a 45 min consultation to give enough time for my questions. I made the appointment to go over all of the questions I had that weren't answered in the previous appointment due to being rushed. She had the audacity to tell me that Dr Baron felt like she answered all my questions... how can you answer any questions in 5 minutes of an appointment??? I felt like a number instead of a patient. This is not how any plastic surgeon should behave towards any patient, much less a patient returning for a 4th surgery. It is truly appalling to know that I have spent so much money and felt like such a waste of time to this surgeon and her practice. Making informed decisions is crucial when have surgery of any kind. After addressing my concerns on the phone with Gina, she agreed to schedule an appointment for the following week. I asked for the address - She gave me some BS story about how they were still in the process of moving, that they are still in a temporary location and that they could move any day now... mind you it's been 4 months since their "move"began... this was a HUGE red flag. Why be so secretive about the location. I called the office line yesterday, a couple days before my appointment so I could get an address. The front office girl gave me the address without hesitation. Odd right? This gets even worse... the day before my scheduled appointment, I receive an email stating that the surgeon is not going to see me as a patient anymore because of the review that I left. At no point in time did the surgeon ever reach out to me to address my concern. If that doesn't speak volumes about this place, I don't know what else does. I was speechless!! I don't like to leave a negative review but this is totally unacceptable.

They charge per section rather than units. Find a place that charges per unit, becuase everyone is different when it comes to the amount of units needed. The gentleman who administered the botox was MR DEPEW. He did 2 sections, my forehead and 11 lines. He is clearly VERY INEXPERIENCED. He injected way too much botox, and it caused my eyebrows to drop dramatically. He hooded my eyes so bad, I could barely open them. The skin is sagging so much, that my eyelashes began to hold the skin up. I've been in pain, I can barely open my eyes, they're so heavy, and I look 20 years older. They sag so much that it start creating bags under my eyes. So instead of having a flawless look from botox, I've got extremely hooded eyes, and look sooooo much older. I should have ran out the door when he was manically telling me how he injects himself with botox all the time. He seemed a little to excited to be doing the treatment, bc he put way too much in my forehead. He told me after he injected me if there was an issue he would give a free touch up to fix any issues. 9 days after the botox, I called and drove 90minutes to come in and express my concerns, I showed him how bad it was, and started tugging at my very saggy eyelids. I was in tears. I told him how much pain I was in, and asked if he can raise the hooded eyes, even just a little. He said he wouldn't do anything about it, and he put too much botox in, and wouldn't put that much botox in next time. Well there won't be a next time. I called again at day 14 bc of the anxiety and pain it was causing my eyes. I was told he would call me back. This was on a Friday. And of course he never called me back. So they closed for the weekend and I had to wait until Monday. Monday I got a call from them saying I could come in and speak to him about it again. I respectfully declined at this point becuase I do not trust MR DEPEW at all to ever touch my face. Especially after he blew me off, after he promised the free touch up. He didn't keep his word. So now I'm out 550$ with my eyes looking like this for 3 months. This is not acceptable at all. I wouldn't recommend this. They may do better work in other areas, but what happens if a problem arises, like it happened to me. Do you want them to blow you off and let you suffer? THEYRE SO QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY, but once they have your money, your nothing to them...You would want someone who will correct the issue, and not act manic when injecting botox or giving you surgery. I cant even imagine letting this guy give me surgery. That's a HARD NO FOR ME.
