Terrible work ethics- happy to do very shoddy work then blatantly lie and push to be paid before the owner can view the work. Workers are rude, untrained, leave all their rubbish on your property. Their joke of a project manager at the Sunshine Coast - "Pat the Rat" is an unfortunately rude individual. They quote high, focus on strata title work where the owner is often not present so they can get paid often without completing the work. Painted our unit block and rust back in 15 weeks despite supposedly kill rusting, epoxy and 2 coats enamel. They put on a lick of paint on and leave it at that and then blame the salt air for rust returning in 15 weeks. Do yourself a favour use any other tradesmen they are the absolute worst.

They remain dismissive of owner concerns and have proven unwilling to take responsibility for errors, responding with defensive and angry messages rather than picking up the phone to resolve issues.
