History

Established in 2017.

First Response Maintenance Solutions was established in January 2017, by Chris Constable. Our head office grew from his observation that a higher level of service was possible for anyone needing building maintenance on the Sunshine Coast or surrounds. To this day, we believe we can show our clients that trade and building maintenance service providers can be responsive, cost-effective and provide high-value solutions to schools, strata complexes, commercial and retail, aged care residences, and hospitals and healthcare facilities. We started as a one-man business and have quickly grown to employ a licensed, qualified team of full-time building maintenance tradesmen and office administrators.

Hi! I'm Tim Petersen, director of First Response Maintenance Solutions. I'm a QBCC licensed builder, with over 20 years' experience in commercial building maintenance in Brisbane and surrounds. My experience includes managing major repainting and building refurbishment projects across Australia and New Zealand.
